Elements of the Soul

Dominica Retreat | April 10–17, 2027 | Jungle Bay

This isn’t just a vacation—it’s a return to Self.

We’re heading to Dominica, one of the most untouched, magical islands in the Caribbean, for a retreat that’s all about reconnecting to the elements of your soul—through movement, stillness, nature, and community.

Led by Mariesa and Kris, this retreat is a true blend of grounding and growth, where you’ll be supported every step of the way as you rest, move, and rediscover what lights you up.

Each morning we’ll start with meditation and vinyasa flow in an open-air shala surrounded by jungle.

After that? The day is yours. Hike to waterfalls, nap in a hammock, get a massage, or just float in the cliffside infinity pool overlooking the sea (yes, it’s as dreamy as it sounds).

In the evenings, we’ll slow things down with yin, breathwork, or yoga nidra—giving you space to land, reflect, and reconnect inward.

You’ll be staying at Jungle Bay, a luxury eco resort nestled in nature, where every villa feels like a peaceful sanctuary and every meal is fresh, local, and nourishing.

Your retreat includes:

💫 7 nights in a beautiful eco-villa
💫 3 delicious, healthy meals per day
💫 Daily yoga, meditation & mindfulness practices
💫 One 30-minute spa treatment
💫 Daily guided adventures (think waterfalls, hot springs, and snorkeling) all included
💫 Airport transfers & all the jungle-chic vibes

This is your time to recharge, reflect, and rise. Whether you come solo or bring a soul-sister or partner you'll leave feeling more alive, more connected, and more you.

Retreat Participant Agreement

Please read before booking. Completing checkout, including the required signature question in the booking form, confirms your agreement to these terms with Island Movement LLC ("Island Movement").

  1. Payments. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person secures your spot. Full payment is due by March 13, 2027 (four weeks prior to arrival). Payment plan installments are charged automatically on the schedule shown at checkout; if an installment fails, you will have seven days to bring it current. If your balance is not paid in full by March 13, 2027, your spot may be released and payments are handled under Section 2.

  2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers. Cancellations received in writing at hello@islandmovementstx.com on or before December 10, 2026 receive a refund of payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations after December 10, 2026 are non-refundable, unless you transfer your spot to another guest who completes registration and payment. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, so we strongly encourage travel insurance.

  3. Changes or Cancellation by Island Movement. We reserve the right to change the schedule, instructors, or activities if necessary. If Island Movement cancels the retreat, payments made to Island Movement are refunded in full; we are not responsible for airfare or other personal travel costs. If events beyond our control (weather, natural disaster, government action, public health events) prevent the retreat from running as planned, we may reschedule or offer credit toward a future retreat.

  4. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk. Participation in the retreat, including yoga and movement classes, hikes, water activities, excursions, and wellness services, involves physical exertion and inherent risk, which you knowingly and voluntarily assume. You release Island Movement, its owners, teachers, partners, and staff from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage during the retreat or in transit to or from it. You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying as needed, and seeking medical attention if necessary.

  5. Third-Party Providers. Lodging, transportation, and excursions are provided by independent operators, including Jungle Bay. Island Movement does not control and is not liable for their acts or omissions.

  6. Health, Safety, and Emergency Care. You confirm you are in good health and able to participate, agree to tell us about medical conditions or limitations before the retreat, and are responsible for your own medications. In an emergency, you authorize the retreat team to arrange medical care on your behalf, at your expense.

  7. Travel Documents and Insurance. A valid passport and Dominica entry requirements are your responsibility. We strongly encourage travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, and emergency evacuation.

  8. Media Release. Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use by Island Movement. Booking grants permission to be included; tell the retreat team before the trip starts if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.

  9. Dietary Preferences. Tell us about food allergies or dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  10. General. This agreement is governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, and disputes will be brought exclusively in courts located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
