Your Journey Begins in Cusco

We’ll kick off in the vibrant city of Cusco, where cobblestone streets and centuries-old Incan history set the stage. Our adventure begins with an exclusive market and restaurant tour, diving into the flavors of Peruvian cuisine—one of the most celebrated culinary scenes in the world. You’ll indulge in decadent ceviches, slow-roasted meats, handcrafted empanadas, and Amazonian superfoods, all while meeting the chefs behind the magic.

To acclimate, you’ll engage in daily, high-energy workouts curated by top trainer Brandi Jackson, blending strength, mobility, and endurance. We’ll also take a scenic riverside hike, ending with an ice-cold plunge and breathwork session to awaken the body and mind—preparing you for the ultimate physical challenges ahead.

Market & Restaurant Tour

Tour a local market and restaurant hop to taste the many flavors of Peru!

Pisac Market

Take a trip to the local market to buy local, handmade Peruvian and Incan goods, textiles, pottery, jewelry, and fresh produce.

Potato Park

Lets explore this national park and learn about the thousands of variety of potatoes Peru has and why this crop is so important to the Peruvian and Incan people.

Moras & Moray

Explore the salt ponds of Moras and learn about the ancient harvesting methods. Explore Moray's mysterious circular terraces and glimpse into the ingenuity and harmony of Incan culture with the land.

Sound Bath

Experience the healing vibrations & energy of a Sound Bath.

Breathwork Session

Enjoy a hike to a river where we will cold plunge into the river and enjoy a breathwork session to help acclimate to the altitude in the Sacred Valley.

Service Project

Give back to a local community and bless our offering with an ancient traditional ceremony with a local Shaman.

Cusco

Days 1-3

We will spend 3 days in Cusco acclimating to the altitude. Here we will welcome everyone with an acclimation workout and enjoy a market and restaurant tour as we settle into the Sacred Valley. The next day we will explore Potato Park and learn all about the importance of the potato for the Peruvian and Incan people. Brandi will curate a workout in the National Park.  After lunch in a local village, we will explore the Pisac Market, a vibrant, bustling hub of art, food, and tradition, known for its colorful stalls, local artisans, and a wide array of handcrafted goods and local produce.  When we return to Cusco, your taste buds will light up with the flavors of a local restaurant. The following morning we will hike down to a river where we will enjoy a natural cold plunge in the river along with a breathwork ceremony to prepare us for Rainbow Mountain later in the week. In the afternoon we will explore an animal sanctuary and get to witness how the locals cherish nature and all of its creatures. Dinner in Cusco will be sure to keep you wanting more.

Moras & Moroy

Day 4

We will wake up in Cusco and pack our bags to move onto the next leg of this adventure. As we head towards Aguas Calientes, the home base for our Machu Picchu adventure, we will explore Moras & Moray: local salt pools and discover what locals refer to as the Womb of the Earth. Brandi will curate a unique fitness activity designed to keep you wanting more. From Ollantaytambo we will take the train to Aguas Calientes. After checking into our hotel, we will enjoy a mouth watering group dinner.

 

Machu Picchu

Day 5

We will start the day off with a group mobility session to prepare us for the sacred hike to Machu Picchu. We will summit in the early morning and enjoy the view before the clouds roll in. After a decadent lunch in town, we will board the train for Ollantaytambo where we will check into our hotel and prepare ourselves for a traditional Peruvian feast, Panchamanca, which translates to "earth oven" in the Quechua language. This is a traditional meal cooked on hot rocks. We will also tour a sugarcane distillery and engage in coffee roasting.

You will be invited to participate in the preparation of Pachamanca, while learning the history and culture surrounding this traditional cooking method. The dinner includes stone-oven-cooked chicken, pork, lamb, alpaca, rabbit, and guinea pig, Andean potatoes and camote, organic vegetables, a homemade salad, traditional salsas, and chicha morada (a local purple corn drink).

Day 6

Sleep in and enjoy a morning hike to the ruins in your backyard where Brandi will curate a workout to take your breath away. We will depart to a local village where we will engage in a service project. We will thank mother earth with a local Despacho Ceremony with a Shaman and then return to Cusco where we will bask in gratitude over a world class dining experience. 

Rainbow Mountain

Day 7

We will wake up early to head towards the toughest fitness adventure of the week - to summit Rainbow Mountain. Standing at a staggering 17,060 ft. this 2.5 mile round trip adventure will have you gaining 1,500 feet in elevation in no time. Expect a 3-4 hour round trip hike. We will enjoy lunch as a group before we return to Cusco for a final goodbye dinner. You will not be disappointed in the food or the view at dinner!

We will enjoy a final breakfast and sound bath before we say our good byes and see-ya-laters!
