Each day begins with invigorating workouts led by your host Jenna Willis in the picturesque onsite gym, to energize your body and restore your vitality. Post workout bliss guaranteed with deep stretching and meditation to close each morning session with your other host Nikki Nie.
Food is medicine and every meal will be a celebration of flavor and wellness! Throughout the retreat, you'll be served breakfast, lunch and dinner that are designed to support your body's needs, entice your taste buds and nourish your soul.
Spend your afternoons at your ocean front beach surfing world class waves or laying out on the black sand. Bring back your child like sense of play with a skateboarding lesson at the onsite skate bowl, go for a motorbike ride to a local waterfall, or simply stay at the resort and relax by the pool cozied up with your favorite book.
You can't go to paradise and not indulge in a pampering massage to release tension and revive your senses (by the way, of course that's included). Recovery isn't only about relaxation, this holistic wellness retreat also includes an invigorating cold plunge to challenge your mind and body (by the way, of course we won't judge you if you choose to skip this one ;) Lastly, we hope you don't sit out on our organized group hike to a local waterfall that will connect you to nature and the healing medicine of the sacred land.
Early evenings will be filled with restorative yoga practice, soothing sound baths and group connections, allowing you a safe space to find your inner peace and make friends on the same wavelength.

Jenna Willis’ complete mind-body approach to wellness, as well as her results, have gained her a reputation as one of the hottest rising celebrity trainers. Her impressive client roster includes Youtube sensation Liza Koshy, Reality Queen Lala Kent, and Pop Music Icon Camila Cabello — to name a few. In an industry obsessed with perfection, Jenna embraces the awkward, allowing those she trains to focus on enjoying working out rather than stressing about it. As a former Division 1 volleyball player, Jenna uses her background in fitness & uplifting teamwork mentality to help both herself and her clients cope with anxiety and gain peace of mind.

Meet you host: Nikki
After leading her first retreat two years ago, and 7 more since, Nikki Nie has found her calling! She is a 500 ERYT Registered Tantric Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher and YACEP and under the Sri Vidya lineage she masterfully facilitates spaces for people to empower their energy and ultimately their life!
Nikki is also an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Sound Facilitator and uses these modalities to initiate deep transformation in her clients so they can align with their true nature and have the self-love and tools to live out their dharma!
Her abundance of knowledge and positive yet commanding vibe has magnetized her own global community creating classes for FableticsFit, Class FitSugar, Hyperice, Tonal and Kinrgy, as well as sharing on Oprah’s 2020 vision tour and virtual seminars with Tony Robbins.
Nikki has founded Wavelength, a monthly subscription platform where you can practice with her on-demand on the daily, making wellness easy and accessible even when you don't have the time! You can dive deeper through 1:1 coaching, online courses and moon gatherings or study to become a yoga teacher in her 200 hour teacher trainings! With a passion for surfing and a love for mama ocean this beam of sunshine will calm your nerves on the mat so you can stay present and confident through life. Itinerary
Congratulations! You have made it to your Elevated in El Salvador retreat. Upon arriving to San Salvador (SAL) airport and making it through customs, your driver will pick you up out front and bring you to the resort safely! The ride to the resort is approximately an hour away. You may share this ride with other retreat go-ers pending your landing time!
Upon arrival to the resort, you will be greeted with a tropical welcome drink at the front desk when you check-in. Once you make it to your room, we won’t blame you if you get excited about a pool or ocean dip immediately!
Settle into your room, unpack and relax, you're on retreat baby!
5:30 pm: First night here! We are excited to invite you all to our “get to know you” welcome experience in which Jenna and Nikki will host conscious conversations in the community area. Get ready to open up, and get real close quickly.
7pm: Dinner
Time to get horizontal! Listen to the ocean waves rise and fall and get some deep rest after a long travel day.
