Day 0 & Day 1

Day 0 & Day 1 image

To Baires

Lets start leaving Panama City, we will arrive Buenos Aires  at nigth and a transfer will be waiting for you at the aiport ready to take us to our Palermo Hotel. Palermo is one of the most trendy neighborhoods in Buenos Aires (called here as Baires). Full of restaurants, bars and grills you can start feeling a little bit like porteños here.

After a day of travelling the room will be ready for us so we can rest as we need.

Day 2

Day 2 image

Explore!

The second day we invite you to explore Buenos Aires as a local, wandering around, with a local guide, discovering uncrowed secret places, at your own pace and leaving nothing to see behind.

After our private visit to the heart of the city we will take a train to Tigre, a pretty nice town just north of the city of Buenos Aires. It is a gateway to the rivers and marshes of the vast Paraná Delta. Lets board a boat to explore this waters and enjoy a meal just at sunset, the golden our at its best on the river.

Day 3

Day 3 image

Baires Jewels

Another day here in La Ciudad de la Furia. Today is a day for music! What about a tango masterclass? We can be part of a little group learning the basic steps of our national dance, but there is no real learning without the practice so late night we gonna have the opportunity to shine on the dancefloor in a traditional Milonga.

At nigth (before the Milonga) we invite you to one of our Crown Jewels, the Teatro Colon. A masterpiece of arquitectural art in the middle of the 9 de Julio Avenue where music and scenic arts fullfill people´s hearts. Depending on our trip schedule we can enjoy Opera, Concerts or Theater plays.

Day 4

Day 4 image

Calafate, Land of Glaciers

We leave Buenos Aires to reach Patagonia. Land of vastness, estancias and magic, El Calafate its going to be the door to a curated selection of activities in the next days.

Full of life this town lays down on the shore of the Lago Argentino, the beautiful turquoise water reflects the sun like a mirror to the sky.

To welcome your presence here we have prepared for you an special dinner, special wines in an special place. We know a secret private restaurant run by its owner, a chef that will make this first night in Patagonia really special.

Day 5

Day 5 image

To a different Perito Moreno!

On our 2nd day in Calafate a transfer will take us a to a not-so-typical Estancia tour to explore this side of the world differently. From a nearly dock we will board a small ship shared with no more than 15 other adventurers. From there we will explore the Lago Argentino and make a short stop for a trekking along the shore of the lake to discover ancient trees, the old walls of an ancient glacier and really listen to the profund silence of Patagonia. Whats next is amazing, once back in the ship we will head up to the Perito Moreno Glacier and get the closer we can to its walls. From this perspective the Perito shows its real dimention, the perfect moment to share some glacier-iced scoth and alfajores. After our sailing we will have time to explore the area in land to visit other faces of teh Perito. We suggest to go the opposite side everyone goes and find a lonely place where you can listen the Perito music emerging from the very center of this ancient giant ice marvel.

Day 5

Day 5 image

Destination: Torres del Paine

We leave our Calafate town for a full day tour to one of the greatest spots around, Torres del Paine! On a 4x4 overland truck we gonna reach places few people can get and spend the whole day in between nature and adventure. Meals included and nice people around, a great way to be amazed by Patagonia.

Day 6

Day 6 image

To the North

The next day, early in the morning we drive our car back to Calafate, rigth to the airport in time to catch the plane to our next destination. This time we turn over the page and leave Patagonia heading to Argentina North, Salta is just 6hs away. Once in town a driver will take us to our one-nigth hotel (because we land at night) to rest after a long day and thousands of kilometers.

Day 7

Day 7 image

Northern Wines

Another day in the north of the South, after breakfast we will pick up the rented car and take the road again, this time the red land and the giant cactuses replace the forest and lakes from the day before. Our goal, Cafayate! Nest of marvelous wines and empanadas, Cafayate has everything to enjoy yourselves. Our hotel is lays around wineyards and colonial houses, a classical view on this part of the country.

Day 8

Day 8 image

Full Cafayate

The next day here in Cafayate starts  after breakfast with 2hs horseback riding between the wineyards, looking for the nearly dunes and ready to finish in a beautiful wine cellar that awaits us for a wine tasting routine of their best wines. At nigth we invite you to have dinner where you can try the best local cuisine along a nice wine experienced expert ready to share you everything he knows.

Day 9

Day 9 image

To Ruta 40

We continue our trip by taking the road again. Cachi is our next town in the map, for getting there we take the Ruta 40 in its northern part. Cachi is a little old town too with friendly folks and good food, a nice place to stop by and admire the red & grey mountains at sunset.

Day 10

Day 10 image

Purma, land of Pachamama

Next stop, Purmamarca! No rush to get there anyway, the road offers enough beauty to stop in every turn so take your time, drive slow and enjoy the view. Our hotel will be ready for us as our nigth meal at a local restaurant.

Dia 11

Dia 11 image

Hands on Earth and Wool

Purmamarca in the morning is gorgeus (also the rest of the day and nigth). We invite you to experience one of the local arts, pottery. On this workshop you will get your hands dirty, learn about the Pachamama and the Cosmovision Andina and finish with a meal shared with our guest made with local goods. When we talked of contrast, well, this experience will show what we meant.

A few kilometers north we gonna get Huacalera, just where the Capricorn Tropic marks the land. Here we have an activity you will love. The weave of ancestral textiles contains in its threads much more than just colours and textures, it also contains a message transmitted from generation to generation. A weaving workshop, knowledge and mate are the ideal setting for a very beautiful experience.

Day 12

Day 12 image

High Altitud Wines

High Altitud Wines

In an abandoned mine at almost 4,000 metres above sea level in a cellar with an unbeatable temperature and humidity level for the storage of reds and whites. A real treasure for all lovers of high-altitude labels.

Viñas de Uquia offers us a journey through the history of its creators and its unique products of which we will be witnesses and lucky sommeliers like few others.

Day 13

Day 13 image

Peace with Colors

We have been driving, walking and learning from this land, this is a day to rest and enjoy the colorful mountains around us. A day just for you.

Day 14

Day 14 image

Village on the clouds

Its time to leave Purmamarca and get the road to our last destination in this North. Next stop, Iruya! Hanging on the clouds this small village is still in the past, a time where people share the crops, the cattle and the religion, here the ancient knowledge of the Incas can be hearded on the word of the elders and in the actions of the youngest.

Day 15

Day 15 image

Walk that way

The next day we invite you for trekk to San Isidro, a walk next to the river in the middle of nothing (of everything). A day long walk along the condor and the summer sun, the stars at night wont let you forget this place.

Day 16

Day 16 image

To the Jungle

Its time to get to the road again, this time to leave this part of the country. Our destination is the Jujuy Airport. We will take a plane to Iguazu!

Once there a transfer will take us to the hotel from the airport. In the middle of the jungle, sorrounded by birds, with the music of the water our home here has everything we need to find calm, peace and joy.

Day 17

Day 17 image

Waterfalls & Rainbows

The next day we have an impressive visit to the Iguazu Falls! A transfer will take us from the hotel and lead us to a truck that will take a jungle road and leave us in a dock where we will board a powerful boat ready to navigate the great river, we gonna visit the waterfalls close enough to take a refreshing shower! After that experience we are ready to get to the most visited view of the National Park, the Garganta del Diablo. Thousands of litres of water free falling sounding like a tornado, sorrounded by rainbows. Just being there admiring the view is like feeling small and vulverable in front of such greatness. A day to remember, just like the Perito Moreno or the Colorful Mountains in Jujuy.

Argentina is really a land of contrast.

Day 18

Day 18 image

Back to (and goodbye) Baires

One last day to get back to Buenos Aires and have a rest, one last night to enjoy asado and wine o just a listen to our Last Tango here before coming back home.

Want to be part of this?

We are here to make ir happen.

Day 19

Day 19 image

Time to go back Home

Some few hours to sitdown and make a trip resume, so many kilometers, so many colors, flavors and sounds. Argentina has a lot to offer and we have seen (and enjoy) a lot of that.

We hope you have had a great time here! hope to see you back soon looking for more fun, great food and fine wines!
