About this trip

Let’s meet on the Pacific Coast of El Salvador for five nights designed to lead you home to yourself.

Begin each day with invigorating morning yoga practices that invite you to embrace the wild nature both around you and within you. In the evenings, gather for thoughtful rituals that honor the quiet we can access when we step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with the beauty that exists within and around us.

The afternoons are yours to enjoy at your own pace—relax by the pool, soak up the sun, explore the amenities of the property, or simply take in the picturesque surroundings and let yourself settle into the slower rhythm of retreat.

Where we will be staying

This property was thoughtfully selected to give us the best of both worlds: the privacy and intimacy of a private retreat home, paired with the expansive amenities and services of a full-service resort.

Our home for the retreat will be Casona Tunon, a private 11-bedroom property reserved exclusively for our group. With our own pool, yoga shala, communal spaces, dining areas, and dedicated retreat staff,. Casona Tunon gives us a beautiful safe space to come together as a family.

Just a three-minute walk from Casona Tunon is Mizata by Antiresort, a full-service resort set along the Pacific coast. During our stay, we’ll have access to its expansive amenities, including a private beach, two pools, multiple restaurants, concierge services, a longevity center, and full-service spa.

You’ll have the freedom to enjoy as much, or as little, of the resort as you’d like, creating the perfect balance of community, privacy, and unstructured time throughout your stay.

Mary Horne is a 700+ hour RYT based in NYC. Coming from a background as both a professional dancer and a personal trainer, Mary approaches teaching yoga with both expressive artistry as well as precise functional alignment. Leading retreats has become a passion as it allows for people to break out of their routines and day to day lives to gain a greater perspective and awareness of themselves while simultaneously immersing in a new culture, with new like-minded people. While not teaching yoga, you can find Mary loving all the excitement NYC has to offer, or lounging on a beach taking in the slower, simpler moments.
