 Join this yoga retreat intensive at the magical Chiang Dao Nest and learn to make your practice smarter than your habits. Learn how to honor limits you can’t change, how to intelligently address limitations that you can, and how to know the difference. But most importantly, learn to generate joy in your practice to make it as beneficial as it can be.

    The resort' s restaurants are acclaimed for serving some of the best Thai and Western food in Northern Thailand. All meals include meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan options.

  • Natural Hot Spring Visit
    A trip to a nearby national park with natural hot springs and a waterfall is also included.

    The resort has a beautiful pool you are welcome to use.

    Breakfast and lunch can be ordered a la carte from the restaurants, or you can explore nearby cafés and restaurants. Entrees range from $3-6 for breakfast and lunch.

Itinerary

Morning Practice
Yoga asana practice 9:30-12:30

We begin each morning with a guided 90 minute yoga practice based on a specific theme, followed by 90 minutes of slower and more interactive, workshop-style explorations of aspects of the day's theme with an emphasis on how to practice for maximum health benefits. 


On the last day, the morning practice will run from 7:30-10:30.
