Join Stephanie on retreat in Costa Rica where you'll gather with like-minded movers and stillness-seekers to explore the nourishing effects of taking an intentional vacation. Trade in the hustle of everyday life for the serenity and relaxing pace of the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica and give yourself the time and space to cultivate presence and peace of mind.
Mindful yoga, somatic (body-centered) meditation, and movement exploration will be the threads that weave together the tapestry of this retreat. You will learn practices to skillfully explore the vibrant and wisdom-filled inner landscape and we'll bring the sharpened tools of our solo practices into the reality and unpredictability of moving with partners, together as a group, and with the surrounding environment.
Accommodations are in shared bungalows. Each rustic bungalow is well appointed with the essentials to make your stay cozy and supported. There are 2 spaces in private bungalows for an extra fee.
Meals are made fresh, healthy, and organic (when possible) and vegetarian. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated as long as they are communicated 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the retreat.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 60 days will receive a refund of monies paid, minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of retreat date are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended since last minute injuries, illnesses, or emergencies unfortunately happen.
