More than just a getaway, this is a chance to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself, and honour the spirit of Brigid. A time traditionally celebrated for renewal, creativity, and new beginnings.
Together we bring years of teaching and learning experience, woven into a retreat that allows you to go deeper into the practices of Yoga and self-discovery. Away from the busyness of everyday life, you’ll be guided into a space of connection, reflection, and growth.
One weekend is all it takes to recharge your spirit and step into the season with fresh clarity and inspiration.
