Come and celebrate though yoga, dance and inquiry, while soaking in healing waters in a setting of tranquil nature.
This retreat explores the wisdom of Namaste, supporting each individual to recognize and wake up to their True Nature by cultivating intimacy with themselves as well as with the practices offered. To know ourselves as our true nature, even just in a glimpse, is a journey as well as a welcoming of our unique humaneness with all of our habits, preferences and contortions. We will practice meeting ourselves with an attitude of compassion, curiosity and love, cutting through habitual rejection and seeing ourselves as an integrated, whole person — all in an environment of non-judgement, where all parts are welcomed and celebrated. As the veils of illusion lift, we experience more embodied freedom.
I invite you to come and discover yourself in the secret union of Namaste! By waking up to this deeper reality, the suffering of the separate self can be seen through - as blocks in our physicality - whether stemming from emotion or the stories in our heads, and are metabolized and cleared.
- organic meals

You’ll come home from the weekend more intimately connected with yourself and with others. You’ll also have new tools to help you continue to support your aliveness beyond the retreat.
