Embody Your Truth is a 5-day transformational retreat in the mountains of Colorado for people who are ready to liberate more of their true self—in their voice, their body, and their life. We work with embodiment, authentic relating, and ritual to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body, unlock your creative expression, and experience the healing power of being seen and held in loving community.
You don’t need to be ‘good at expressing’ yourself to come. This is a space where people from all backgrounds come to soften the masks, meet the parts of themselves they’ve kept hidden, and leave with more courage, clarity, connection and FREEDOM to be who they REALLY ARE.

My name is Riley and I’m passionate about creating sacred containers that blend embodiment and meditation to create personal transformation. After living in the matrix for years and graduating undergrad I left my plan to become a physician behind and sought other ways to manifest healing in the world.
In the last 2 years I have undertaken the work of becoming a physician of the heart. This magical journey has taken me for extended periods to Buddhist monasteries, yoga trainings, intentional communities and embodiment training.
