My name is Riley and I’m passionate about creating sacred containers that blend embodiment and meditation to create personal transformation. After living in the matrix for years and graduating undergrad I left my plan to become a physician behind and sought other ways to manifest healing in the world. In the last 2 years I have undertaken the work of becoming a physician of the heart. This magical journey has taken me for extended periods to Buddhist monasteries, yoga trainings, intentional communities and embodiment training.
