Alice Maisetti:
I began training in competitive gymnastics at 10 years old, in Italy. After receiving awards and recognitions, through the years I have gone on to learn several styles of Yoga in India and other parts of the world, including advanced practice of asana, pranayama, and breath work, as well as taking a deep dive into mobility and functional movements.
During my travels, I also got introduced to Ecstatic Dance and embodied movement, and these new modalities quickly became my most valued practices for community connection and spiritual exploration.
I am excited to offer all sorts of classes to my students in person and Online. I have cultivated an online Yoga Community called “We Are One”. &nbsp;I teach everything from Dynamic Vinyasa and Power Yoga, to Breath work, Mantra and Meditation. &nbsp;Excited to lead you all through Ecstatic Dance &amp; more.
 
Andrew Sealy is a connection catalyst, a yoga artist, and a movement creator. He is internationally recognized for his yoga teachings and wellness leadership. Andrew's teachings of Compassionate Self Love and Infinite Positive Potential inspire practitioners of all walks of life worldwide. Through the unique practice of Yoga and Mindful Living, Andrew embodies progressive knowledge while positively empowering his students with the tools needed for sustainable growth.
