Meet Mel, passionate about helping beautiful souls access personal transformation and emotional, physical, mental, and soul wellbeing through movement. She teaches all levels, Vinyasa flow and Restorative yoga. She is a Teacher, Energy Practitioner, Mentor and Lover of Life! Through Now & Zenergy, she offers healing sessions, mentoring and coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork journeys, Reiki, and retreats; meeting you where you are at and helping to guide you through your personal transformation journey in alignment with the life you desire. 

Meet Noelle Bergan, an experienced yoga instructor with a global teaching background spanning from the U.S. to Australia. Noelle is trained in the dynamic Sumit’s Hot Yoga—a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa—and specializes in both vigorous creative flows and the transformative stillness of Yin and Restorative Yoga. With an Advanced Diploma in Holistic Yoga Practices, she crafts mindful, accessible classes that promote balance, awareness, and well-being. Join Noelle to deepen your practice in a space where every breath and movement is an opportunity for personal discovery. 

The $500 deposit to secure your spot will be applied to the full value of the retreat.  This deposit will be refundable until July 31, 2024. After that time, the deposit is non-refundable.  

Your reservation may be cancelled up to 60 days before the start date of the retreat for a partial refund.  If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a refund of the total paid with any associated fees deducted at the time of the request.  Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your booking to another participant or reschedule to a future retreat, subject to availability. Please note that a transfer fee may apply.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. We will review each case individually and offer alternative solutions.
