EMBRACE NEWNESS - INTENTIONAL REST, RELAXATION & RESTORATION

This retreat is for individuals to gain CLARITY on what they really want in life by FOCUSING and being INTENTIONAL in SEEKING REST, RELAXATION AND RESTORATION to continue to give and be who you are. You will have the ability to EXPLORE what is preventing you from moving intentionally towards what you want; develop a viable PLAN to REFUEL; explore new opportunities and adventures to RE-ENERGIZE and develop a new awareness of self and others.

You will gain POWER in knowing that you are not alone while having a safe space that allows you to get to know yourself on a deeper level.

You will be SUPPORTED by certified coaches as you gain the tools and resources to continue to help you overcome daily obstacles.

After developing your individual plan, you will EXECUTE the plan one step at a time. We will INTENTIONALLY explore new paths and processes together as a group. We will create and practice a NEW MINDSET TO REALIGN!

This was my second trip with Embracing Newness and I was NOT disappointed! The Retreat staff helped to make the trip memorable. This trip was absolutely amazing. The facilitators are knowledgeable and professionally skilled to help the group and each individual with improving self and setting personal and work-related goals. The facilities for the retreat are nestled in the beautiful mountains of Costa Rico. These arrangements are perfect for relaxation, connecting with people and meeting with a group. The culinary experience was over-the-top! The food was healthy, exciting and plentiful. The chefs are able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and modifications. The entire staff is exceptional in customer service. I am so glad I decided to go and recommend this experience and program without any reservation whatsoever.

Another great coaching opportunity and trip with Embrace Newness Retreats. Everything was top notch: coaching, book assignment/activities, Naia Spa and Resort, Retreat activities, food, logistics, goodie bag, photographer, etc. Kimberly and Syrena, always provide far more value than we pay for. Their attention to detail sets the standard for others to follow. Participating in their retreats has stretched me past my comfort zone and helped me grow personally and as a business owner. Eagerly awaiting the next session and trip.
