About this trip

Embracing the Heart of Being: Journey Into Nature's Wisdom & Creative Power Alive Within You

4-day Exclusive Retreat in Sedona, Arizona October 11 – 15, 2017

"In every walk with Nature, one receives far more than he seeks." - John Muir

The source of creativity, enthusiasm and Nature’s Divine Wisdom is found in the innermost Heart of Being. It is a Primal Pulsation which throbs constantly with the loving, joyous and expansive intention of life’s Power. In yoga philosophy, this is called ‘Spanda’.

When we are surrounded by the noise of daily life, responsibilities, and unresolved emotions, it is easy to lose touch with that space within ourselves. Hearing our inner voice, accessing our gifts, and our inner treasures, can feel like a daunting task. We often walk on autopilot unaware of the beauty and power that lies within and that surrounds us.

Nature knows who she is. She expresses herself fully, in her uniquely given voice, offering her gifts to the world. You, too, are Nature. You have that same Power. This retreat is an invitation to tap into it and be nurtured, renewed, and inspired.

Join us on this 4-day retreat journey to Sedona, Arizona, land of vibrant earth energy and sacred wisdom. Together, we will attune to our Essential Nature, draw from ancient wisdom, and unleash the empowered creative expression of our being.

What will I experience at the retreat?

Transformation! Through a dynamic tapestry of yoga sessions, meditation, group wisdom circles and scenic mindfulness walks we aim for a deeper connection to:

·  Understand and connect with nature’s rhythm and its intuitive creative force

·  Access and recognize your innate gifts, strengths and inner treasures

·  Reconnect with ancient wisdom

·  Create coherence between your essential self and your actions

·  Bring to awareness intention’s creative power

·  Honor yourself and unleash the empowered creative expression of your being

A select group of 12 participants:
