About this trip

 This is a great opportunity to release trapped emotional energy and negative thought patterns. Using powerful emotional freedom techniques combined with breathwork. This workshop will be using breath work, and body code sessions to help you release trapped emotional energy and work through any unprocessed trauma and clear your subconscious of negative thought patterns that are stopping you from achieving your goals. A great chance to spend some serious me-time and work through any issues that you may not have the time in daily life to deal with.

All this will help you to process and release any stored emotional trauma. Quit negative thinking, get organized, self-acceptance let go of the past, believe in yourself, release anger, overcome the fear of failure, release guilt or any other trapped emotion, stop self-sabotage, and improve your emotional well-being.

*Smoothie

*15 minute Morning breath work and meditation

*08:00 Breakfast

*First body code session working on trapped emotions, triggers, or unprocessed trauma / negative beliefs

*12:00 Free time 

*Lunch in Ubud hot spots

*3 p.m. Second body code session to work on your trapped emotions, triggers, or traumas or beliefs.

4 pm Balinese massage with local Masseuse 

30 minute Deep breathwork 

*Discussion and feedback

*Free time to prepare for departure from the apartment
