About this trip

Kenya captivates and inspires with its breathtaking landscapes, the vibrant energy of its culture, and the strength of the people who call it home.

Together with Chazon and other NGOs committed to advancing women's rights, RuntheWorld invites you to embark on a journey that blends adventure, sport (running, mountain biking, and yoga), personal growth, and meaningful social impact.

Home to legendary athletes such as Eliud Kipchoge and Agnes Tirop, Kenya is a land of resilience and determination. Here, you'll explore the landscapes that shaped their journeys, run at your own pace alongside elite athletes, and experience a deep cultural immersion that goes far beyond sport.

You'll meet inspiring women leading initiatives focused on gender equality, education, and child protection. Through these encounters, you'll gain firsthand insight into their impact and the vital role they play in transforming their communities.

This journey is designed for those who want to be inspired, broaden their horizons, and share authentic experiences. You'll be welcomed by women who are true agents of change. Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this experience is accessible to all and guided by a RuntheWorld host who is also a nutritionist working with elite athletes.

For those wishing to extend the adventure, there is the option to continue with a safari in Lake Nakuru National Park or the Maasai Mara National Reserve, two of Kenya's most remarkable wildlife destinations.

This journey through Kenya is an invitation to experience something truly transformative, where sport, adventure, inspiration, and purpose come together.
