Please note that if you are booking a trip with a start date of fewer than 30 days you will be prompted to pay the total amount.

If you are 7 days late for a payment plan instalment, you will be charged an additional ZAR1,000.0.  We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
