Start your tour with a stop in CT  to tour the Harriet Beecher Stowe House.  Expect a conversational, interactive tour where you can participate along with your guide.

Hear about Stowe’s life and the impact of the anti-slavery novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin.

Connect the past to the present as you discuss social issues of the 19th century and today.

See the beautifully preserved Victorian Gothic cottage, now a National Historic Landmark,

where Harriet Beecher Stowe lived for 23 years.

Finally you will check in to the fabulous  Encore Boston Harbor.  Check out the website https://www.encorebostonharbor.com.   You will enjoy dining in one of the restaurants at Encore (your choice) or take the PREMIUM WATER-SHUTTLE aboard the Encore’s private yacht to Boston and have dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants.  Shuttle not included in the package and additional nominal fee applies.  The following day... WHALE WATCHING. You will travel into the natural habitat of a diverse marine environment including birds that migrate here from all over the Atlantic, and fish which use these shallow waters to feed. Try to spot Humpback, Minke, and Fin Whales going about their daily business. An onboard naturalist will introduce you to everything you see and will answer any of your questions about the whales, birds, fish and lighthouses.  Return to the ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR this evening for an evening of GAMING or enjoy the many AMENITIES at the resort.  The last day you will enjoy a guided HISTORIC BOSTON TOUR before a tour of Fenway Park, home of the World Champion Boston Red Sox. No two tours are alike and your group will see such things as the “Green Monster”, press box, Red Sox Hall of Fame Club, which highlights 102 years of Red Sox history, priceless photos, memorabilia, Fenway’s 406 Club; the luxurious seating that also doubles as a tribute to Ted Williams and more.  Lunch on your own in Boston before returning home.
