The South of France is the perfect mix of beauty, nature, chic coastal getaways, and a gentle sense of elegant design. Practice yoga overlooking a mountainous vineyard, walk in the neighboring paths, and enjoy plenty of sun, cheese, wine, and bread!
Yoga & Workshops
Two daily yoga classes will be offered, including one sweaty and vigorous yoga class in the morning; and a workshop or a gentle restorative yoga class in the late afternoon. Yoga classes will be open to all levels. Classes can range from gentle, restorative, and more vigorous Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga styles. Style and class levels will be determined and moulded to fit participating students' needs. Students will be able to get personalized attention and comfortability to deeply explore their practice. Get ready to sweat, flow, breathe and let go of all that no longer serves you.

Rooms include 2 single Twin beds, A/C, bath and pool towels, and other in-room amenities. Shared bathroom. Rooms are within La Bastide main house and will be assigned at random.
