Join Stephanie Nosco for the second time on this 6 day retreat in the Peloponnese for an opportunity to press the “pause” button on your life, for the purpose of reflection, restoration and renewal.
Classes will combine the ancient methods of Qigong, active yoga, meditation, and breath work to cleanse and invigorate your energetic system. Evening Yin yoga practices, and guided shamanic journey meditations, will help encourage a slowing down, and deep restoration. A perfect balance of “yin and yang”, this retreat will leave your body, heart and mind feeling refreshed, renewed and empowered.
