Price reflects full bookings with 4 persons on the tour/ based on double occupancy/ airfare not included.

Daily breakfast is included. To allow for maximum flexibility in your daily schedule entrances to attractions, meals (unless specified in the itinerary) and gratuities for your driver are not included.  Costs are subject to price changes and availability until the tour deposit is completed.

Booking and deposit are required 90 days prior to travel.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment in-full due 90 days prior to tour. 

In case of participant choosing cancellation, participant will be refunded 50% if more than 90 days prior to tour, not to include initial deposit.

No refund will be given if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to the tour start date. 

We recommend travel insurance through Travel Guard. 

Day 1, June 16th

Arrive in London

You will be collected from the airport and taken to your hotel in London, where you will be allowed to explore this iconic city, perhaps visiting Covent Garden or the Southbank. In the evening enjoy dinner in a traditional British pub or a trendy London restaurant.

Day 2, June 17th

London

Start your day at the Tower of London, one of the city’s most iconic and historically rich sites. Highlights of the incredible visit includes, viewing the Crown Jewels, a dazzling collection of royal regalia, the White Tower, which houses the Royal Armories collection and includes impressive displays of armor and weapons and the Ravens and Medieval Palace: Don’t miss the Tower’s resident ravens and the Medieval Palace, which shows what life was like for medieval royalty. A short walk from the Tower of London, head over to Tower Bridge where you will visit the the exhibition to learn about the bridge’s history and construction. Walk across the glass floor in the upper walkway for unique views of the river below.

Next, you will visit the British Museum, one of the world’s most comprehensive museums dedicated to human history, art, and culture. See such wonders as the Rosetta Stone, Egyptian Mummies and the Elgin Marbles: Visit the Parthenon Marbles (Elgin Marbles) in the Greek and Roman Galleries

Day 3, June 18th

London

Start your day at Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of the British monarch, where if your visit coincides you can see the the Changing of the Guard ceremony. Next we visit Westminster Abbey, one of the most important religious buildings in the UK and the site of many royal weddings, coronations, and burials. You will aslo see the Coronation Chair, used in the coronation ceremonies of almost every British monarch since 1308. Next we visit the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben

Then we South Bank Walk: Take a leisurely stroll along the South Bank, where you’ll have excellent views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben from across the river. Continue along the path to the London Eye, where you can enjoy riverside cafés, street performers, and cultural venues like the Southbank Centre.

Optional London Eye: If you have extra time and want a bird’s-eye view of London, consider taking a ride on the London Eye. The giant Ferris wheel offers panoramic views of the city.

Day 4, June 19th

London to Bath

Today we travel through the lovely English countryside, to our home for the evening, Bath. We will visit the Roman Baths where 2000 years of history await you. The baths are well-preserved bathhouses built around natural hot springs, which were originally constructed by the Romans in the first century AD. The site is located in the city of Bath, which itself is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The baths were used for public bathing and socializing, serving as a central part of Roman life in Aquae Sulis, the Roman name for Bath. Next we will visit Bath Abbey, the last great Medieval Cathedral built in England. In the afternoon you will enjoy a guided tour off this magnificent city. In the evening you will enjoy a stroll in this vibrant city while dining at one of the many excellent restaurants on offer.

Day 5, June 20th

Bath

Today we start with a visit to No.1 Royal Crescent Museum, a fantastic museum that recreates life in an 18th century Georgian Manor. Next we visit Pulteney Bridge and Weir, walk over the Pulteney Bridge, one of only four bridges in the world with shops across its full span on both sides. Enjoy the views of the River Avon and the iconic weir below. 

1:30 PM - The Circus and Royal Crescent

After lunch, take a leisurely walk to The Circus and the Royal Crescent, two of Bath’s most famous examples of Georgian architecture. The Circus is a circular street surrounded by elegant townhouses, and the Royal Crescent offers a sweeping view of the green Royal Victoria Park.  End your day with a relaxing soak at Thermae Bath Spa, where you can bathe in the natural thermal waters just like the Romans did, but with modern luxury. Enjoy the rooftop pool with views over Bath.

Bath to Cotswolds

Today we leave Bath heading towards the Costwolds. Our first stop will be Highclere Castle and gardens, a grand, historic country house in Hampshire, England, best known as the filming location for the television series Downton Abbey.

We will then continue into the stunning Cotswolds, where you will visit the beautiful villages including Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Bibury. Enjoy the evening in a quaint village pub.

Day 7, June 22nd

Cotswolds to Stratford-Upon-Avon

Today we will head to Stratford-Upon-Avon.  Our first stop will be Shakespeare’s Birthplace on Henley Street. This well-preserved 16th-century house is where the famous playwright was born and grew up. The house is now a museum, showcasing period furnishings, exhibits on Shakespeare’s life, and live performances in the garden. Then we will visit Guild Chapel and Shakespeare’s Schoolroom, the chapel is known for its medieval wall paintings, and the Guildhall is where Shakespeare likely attended school. Guided tours provide insights into his early education. 

Our next stop is Holy Trinity Church, where Shakespeare was baptized and later buried. The church is set along the banks of the River Avon, and you can visit Shakespeare’s grave inside. The church also has beautiful stained glass windows and an atmospheric interior. After more time exploring the lovely cafes and shops in this historic town, we return to your accommodation in the Cotswolds.

Day 8, June 23rd

Cotswolds

Today we begin your day in Chipping Campden, one of the most beautiful market towns in the Cotswolds. Stroll along the High Street, lined with honey-colored stone buildings, and visit the historic Market Hall, built in the 17th century. A short drive from Chipping Campden, visit Hidcote Manor Garden, one of England’s most famous gardens. Designed by American horticulturist Lawrence Johnston, the garden is a series of outdoor “rooms,” each with its own unique character.

Next we head to the nearby village of Broadway, often referred to as the “Jewel of the Cotswolds.” Where you will enjoy lunch at a traditional pub . 

After lunch take some time to explore Broadway. Wandering the charming High Street. Our next stop will be Snowshill Manor, a National Trust property famous for its eclectic collection of crafts, tools, and treasures amassed by its former owner, Charles Wade. The manor’s gardens are also a delight to explore

Day 9, June 24th

Cotswolds to Windsor

Today we start our day at Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world and a working royal residence. Explore the lavish State Apartments, adorned with artwork from the Royal Collection, including works by Rembrandt, Rubens, and Van Dyck. Visit St. George’s Chapel: Visit St. George’s Chapel, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture and the site of many royal weddings, including that of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The chapel is also the final resting place of several monarchs, including Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth II.

Next we will visit the charming town of Windsor. Windsor Royal Shopping and Peascod Street: Stroll through Windsor’s charming town center, where you’ll find a mix of boutique shops, cafés, and historic buildings. The Windsor Royal Shopping area, set in a beautifully renovated Victorian railway station, offers a unique shopping experience with a range of stores and eateries. You can then take a walk in Windsor Great Park: If you’re up for more outdoor activities, continue your afternoon by exploring parts of Windsor Great Park, a vast parkland with gardens, ancient woodlands, and lakes. Highlights include the Savill Garden (an ornamental garden) and Virginia Water Lake, where you can enjoy peaceful walks and picturesque views before heading back to your home for the night in London.
