The Rasa Yoga Retreat experience with Sianna Sherman and Greta Hill, world-renowned instructors, was incredible even more than I expected. For many years I have had the desire and faith to be able to practice with it, and it finally manifested itself. The practice of pranayama, asana and meditations filled my body, mind and spirit with energy, everything was revitalized, I left the retreat eager to further expand my practices and share them with others. The Yoga Studio "Evolution", where we practice and the garden of the house are incredibly impeccable. The very expert chef offered us very suitable meal preparations, tasty and light at the same time, for lunch. I definitely recommend retiring with Sianna. I hope to see her again soon!
