Santa Catalina is where Panama slows right down. This laid-back surf town is our base for three days of Pacific adventure - learning to surf at world-class breaks, exploring quiet beaches and soaking in ocean sunsets. From here, we head offshore to the remote islands of Coiba National Park, where jungle-covered shores, coral reefs and abundant marine life offer some of the best snorkeling in the Pacific, before camping under star-filled skies on a truly off-grid island experience.
