SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th - Welcome to Shannon

After landing at Shannon Airport, your private driver and tour guide will meet you and escort you to the coach. Enjoy a traditional Irish breakfast at Aunt Lena's in the picturesque village of Adare, one of Ireland’s prettiest villages, renowned for its charming thatched-roof cottages and picturesque streets.

Continue to Parknasilla Resort, where you will check in and settle into your surroundings.

This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at the resort and raise a glass to the start of your Irish adventure.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th - THE RING OF KERRY

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion exploring the world-famous Ring of Kerry, renowned for its spectacular scenery and breathtaking views across Dingle Bay and the Beara Peninsula. The route showcases an incredible contrast of rugged, sea-swept coastline, sandy beaches, dramatic mountains, and peaceful valleys.

Take a scenic detour onto the lesser-explored Skellig Ring, offering some of the most dramatic coastal landscapes in southwest Ireland. Cross the bridge to Valentia Island and visit the Transatlantic Cable Station, where, more than 150 years ago, the first successful transatlantic telegraph cable connected Valentia Island with Heart’s Content in Newfoundland, Canada—linking the Old World with the New.

Enjoy lunch at The Moorings Pub before continuing your journey along the Ring of Kerry.

Return to Parknasilla Resort.

After breakfast, spend the day enjoying the beautiful Parknasilla Resort and its many amenities. Take part in a guided history walk with Parknasilla’s resident historian, Tim Buckley, who will share fascinating stories of Parknasilla and the historic Derryquin Estate.

There is plenty of time to explore the resort at your own pace. Enjoy the scenic walking trails, swimming pools, gardens, and grounds, or discover the ruins of Derryquin Castle. Whether you prefer an active day outdoors or simply relaxing and taking in the spectacular surroundings, Parknasilla offers something for everyone.

We highly recommend booking spa treatments before you depart the US.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and depart for Kinsale. Stop in Killarney and enjoy a traditional horse-drawn jaunting car ride to Ross Castle and along the beautiful Lakes of Killarney. Take in the spectacular scenery and experience one of Ireland’s most beloved traditional forms of transportation.

Continue to Macroom Buffalo Farm, where you’ll meet Dorothy, a local farm guide and food expert. Enjoy an enriching experience as Dorothy shares stories of local culture, farming, and food. Experience an authentic working dairy farm and meet the enterprising farm family. Savor Dorothy’s carefully prepared tasting boards, featuring farm-fresh buffalo milk cheeses accompanied by locally produced chutneys and salads. Discover the stories behind the food, sample some local specialties, and meet the fascinating characters who help make Kinsale’s food scene so special. Be sure to bring your appetite!

Later, enjoy a cruise aboard the Spirit of Kinsale for a spectacular tour of Kinsale Harbor. See this beautiful natural harbor from a completely different perspective as you cruise along the coastline and take in the picturesque town, surrounding countryside, and historic landmarks. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1st - CHARLES FORT & KINSALE MEAD

After breakfast, visit Charles Fort, a classic late 17th-century star-shaped fort. As one of the country's largest military installations, Charles Fort has been associated with some of the most momentous events in Irish history. Charles Fort overlooks the Old Head of Kinsale and the mouth of the Bandon River. Today, this formidable structure provides a platform to enjoy the breathtaking views of Kinsale town and harbor.

Visit Kinsale Mead, where you will learn all about Mead, including the myths and legends of Mead and the bees of Ireland through the ages. Enjoy a wonderful tasting session of the award-winning mead, made from natural ingredients

FRIDAY, October 2nd - THE ENGLISH MARKET & BLARNEY CASTLE

After breakfast, stop in Cork city to enjoy some free time exploring Ireland’s second-largest city. Cork was founded in the seventh century. Today it is a bustling, lively city with a wealth of cultural life and a festive atmosphere. Visit the historic English Market, one of Cork’s most popular attractions, and browse its wonderful selection of local produce, artisan foods, and Irish specialties.

Visit Blarney Castle, built almost 6 centuries ago by the warrior chief Cormac McCarthy, home of the famous Blarney Stone. Tradition dictates that the gift of eloquence is conferred on all those who kiss the stone!

SATURDAY, October 3rd - CLIFFS OF MOHER CRISE

After breakfast, we travel to Doolin Pier to board a boat and explore the Cliffs of Moher. The Cliffs of Moher cruise from Doolin Pier is one of the best ways to experience the cliffs. From sea level, you get a completely different perspective than from the cliff-top visitor center, looking up at the towering 700-foot cliffs and seeing features such as O'Brien's Tower, sea stacks, caves, and nesting seabirds.

Stop for lunch at The Roadside Tavern in Lisdoonvarna, a traditional Irish pub renowned for its warm hospitality and authentic atmosphere, before returning to Bunratty.

Take the short walk to Bunratty Castle and step back in time with an unforgettable Medieval Banquet. Enjoy a traditional feast served in the castle’s magnificent Great Hall, accompanied by music, storytelling, and the atmosphere of medieval Ireland.

Sadly, our adventures are over, and it’s time to go! Our coach driver will take you to Shannon Airport, where you will have ample time for duty-free shopping for gifts or mementos. Check in for your flight, clear US Customs and Immigration, and avoid the long lines you can encounter in America. Thank you for trusting us with your vacation. We hope you had a great time!
