After landing at Dublin Airport, the group will be met by your private driver and tour guide, who will escort you to the coach. Arrive at Dublin airport, where your driver/guide and private coach will meet you. Travel to Kilkenny, stopping for breakfast en route at Newbridge Silverware, where we will also have a tour. On arrival in Kilkenny, check in to the River Court Hotel before joining Nevin Cody for a guided walking tour of the city.    Full of history and charm, the city has lots to offer and Nevin will tell you all about it!  Meet your group for a welcome dinner at Kytelers Inn

After breakfast you will travel to the nearby village of Stoneyford to visit Malzard’s Traditional Pub and learn all about the ancient Irish Gaelic sport of hurling. Malzard’s Bar has developed a hurling skills experience that is suitable for all ages and guarantees participants a unique insight to the fastest field game in the world. Lunch and traditional music at Malzard’s. Return to Kilkenny to explore the town.

OVERNIGHT: THE RIVER COURT, KILKENNY (B,L)

After breakfast and check out of the hotel, you will travel to West Cork. On the way, you will visit Cahir Castle, one of Ireland’s largest and best-preserved castles. Built in the thirteenth century, it served as the stronghold of the powerful Butler family. You will learn all the details about its history with a top-quality audiovisual show. Continue to the Jameson Distillery in Midleton for a tour and tasting. Check-in at Inchydoney Hotel. Explore the beautiful Inchydoney Beach, just at the hotel’s doorstep.

DINNER & OVERNIGHT: INCHYDONEY HOTEL, WEST CORK (B,D)

After breakfast, drive to the nearby Drombeg Stone Circle on the edge of a rocky terrace overlooking the sea. Known as the Druid's Altar, it is a circle of 17 standing stones, dating to between 153BC and 127AD.  Visit Michael Collins Centre in Clonakilty. The museum is known for its live dramatized illustrated presentations that tell the story of Irish revolutionary soldier and politician Michael Collins. The Museum houses one of the most extensive collections of artefacts associated with the 1916 Rebellion, Irish War of Independence, and Irish Civil War.

OVERNIGHT: THE INCHYDONEY HOTEL, WEST CORK (B)

You will spend the day exploring the colorful villages, beautiful bays and lush landscapes of West Cork, travelling via Schull and Baltimore before arriving at Mizen Head, Ireland's most south westerly point on the Wild Atlantic Way. There is a visitor center there, and you will be able to take a walk to enjoy the breathtaking views.

OVERNIGHT: THE INCHYDONEY HOTEL, WEST CORK (B)

After breakfast you will make your way to Tralee, stopping along the way to board the ferry from Glengarriff for the short crossing to Garnish Island. This hidden gem is world renowned for its gardens which are laid out in beautiful walks and it has stunning specimens. The journey continues via Kenmare and Killarney. This route brings you through some breath-taking scenery of the Ring of Kerry.

DINNER AND OVERNIGHT: THE ASHE HOTEL, TRALEE (B, D)

Depart for or a full day exploring the famous Dingle peninsula. It is described as “the most beautiful place on earth” by National Geographic magazine. Much of the peninsula is a Gaeltacht – an area where Irish continues to be the daily language. Stop in Dingle town before continuing out to Slea Head, the most westerly part of Ireland. Visit the Blasket Centre and learn about the traditional island life and literary legacy of the community. Then tour Louis Mulcahy pottery to learn about their craftsmanship

This morning, you'll embark on a journey to Powerscourt, with delightful stops along the way. First, you'll visit Adare, a charming village renowned for its traditional thatched cottages and the stunning 13th-century Abbey. Next, enjoy a lunch break at the White House in Roscrea, savoring both the cuisine and the quaint ambiance. Finally, you'll arrive at the luxurious Powerscourt Hotel for check-in, ready to unwind and embrace the elegance of your surroundings.

Travel into Dublin city center where you will enjoy a walking tour of Dublin city center and learn about the city’s rich history. Before its closure in 1924, Kilmainham Gaol (Jail) housed some of the most famous political and military leaders in Irish history. During a guided tour, gain insight into some of the most profound, disturbing and inspirational themes of modern Irish history.

This morning is free for you to enjoy the amenities of the hotel and its spectacular surroundings. Take a private coach to Glendalough. Discover the remains of this ‘Monastic City’ in a stunning glaciated valley, including a superb round tower, numerous medieval stone churches and some decorated crosses.

Depart for an evening of traditional Irish music and fun at Taylors Three Rock.

Sadly, our adventures are over, Our coach driver will take you to Dublin Airport, where you will have ample time for duty-free shopping for gifts or mementos. Check in for your Delta flight 177 to Atlanta departing at 11 am, clearing customs and immigration facilities, avoiding the long lines you can meet in America. Arrive in Atlanta as a domestic flight and transfer to Delta flight 1235 departing at 5.40pm for Lexington arriving 7pm local time. Thank you for trusting us with your vacation.
