• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Pricing, availability and itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of D.O.E. EXCURSIONS TRAVEL LLC
• D.O.E. Excursions Travel LLC highly recommends purchasing travel protection to protect your investment.
• Prices, itinerary and availability are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Please note that joining us on any experience gives D.O.E. Excursions Travel LLC permission to use any AND all photographs for media & release.
• No roommate? No problem! There's always someone wanting to travel and no one to travel with. We will do our best to room you with someone. But, if 90 days before departure there is no roommate available, you will be required to pay the single rate to secure your booking.
• Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.
• Name changes are available on your reservations until May 15, 2020.
• No payments will be accepted after May 15, 2020.
• If you select the auto bill plan and later cancel this plan you are responsible for making timely payments on your reservations according to the billing plan on your account. If you should go more than 45 days without any payment whatsoever, your reservations may automatically cancel without notice.
• We are NOT affiliated with ESSENCE MAGAZINE or the producers or event coordinators of ESSENCE FEST.
  You should only buy concert tickets and party passes from reliable ticket sources such as TicketMaster or Essence Fest and/or its distributors.
• Hotel industry standards may require a credit card charge upon checking into your room for incidentals. You and your roommates should discuss this before checking in. You should also use a credit card as opposed to a debit card. Cash may also be submitted. Please contact Comfort Inn for more information on their incidental policy.
