🔐 Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

•  Standard Deposit: $200 per person (until October 30, 2025).

• Deposits are applied toward your total trip balance and are non-transferable.
   

💳 Payment Plan & Late Fees

• Your payment plan will be customized based on the package type and room occupancy you select. Starting November 15th.
   

• A 10-day grace period is allowed on payments.
   

• A $50 late fee will be charged for payments made after the grace period.

  
  

• Final Payment Due May 15, 2026.
   

Missed Payment Policy:
If two consecutive payments are missed, your trip will be automatically cancelled without a refund. All payments made up to that point will be forfeited. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and will depend on availability and a possible reinstatement fee.
 

🛏️ Room Occupancy Policy

• Prices vary by room occupancy: Single, Double, Triple, or Quad.
   

• Travelers are responsible for identifying and confirming roommates.
   

• If a roommate cancels, remaining guests must cover the adjusted rate or find another roommate.

• As with ALL Hotel stays, one guest will be required to present a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges.

• If you are sharing a room, please ensure your roommate is keeping up with their payments.
   

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
   

• MooreTime2Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to personal emergencies or travel delays.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
   

• You may request a quote through MooreTime2Travel or purchase independently.
   

• Guests declining coverage do so at their own risks.

• For bus packages, travelers must arrive on time for departure.
   

• MooreTime2Travel is not responsible for missed transportation due to tardiness.
