ETS is running it back for our traditional second round to celebrate the class of 2026 in the beautiful coastal city of Cartagena, Colombia. 

Cartagena is a vibrant city and major port on the northern coast of Colombia, with scenic colonial architecture and surroundings, a bustling nightlife full of local culture, and a mesmerizing coastline surrounded by archipelagos and islands.

This trip is an opportunity to create lasting memories with a diverse group of fellow travelers, celebrate the rich culture of Colombia, and enjoy its natural beauty. Immerse yourself in the city, because that's really why we escape the states after all, and of course there will be exclusive Escape the States parties and events!

We are only offering 4-night packages for ETS Colombia 2026. Guests are welcome to arrive on Thursday or Friday, but regardless of arrival date, the price is the same. 

Destination Airport is Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG).

If you joined the waitlist prior to August 15, 2025 at 12:00pm ET, your request has been removed due to submission prior to registration opening. You may book starting on August 15, 2025 at 12:00pm ET and once the trip is sold out, the official waitlist will open.

If you booked prior to registration opening due to availability errors, your booking was cancelled and you were refunded. You may rebook beginning August 15, 2025.

Cancellation requests must be in writing. If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@etsreloaded.com.

ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Cancellations requested prior to March 1st will be considered for a partial refund, less the deposit amount paid based on total payment on file at the time of the request following the schedule below:

• On/Before September 30th – Full refund of paid amount, excluding initial deposit.

• October 1st – December 31st – 75% refund of paid amount, excluding the deposit.

• January 1st – February 28th – 50% refund of paid amount, excluding the deposit.

• On/After March 1st – No refunds for late cancellations. 

Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability. Please email all changes for approval (include all parties involved) to info@etsreloaded.com.

Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. 

No refunds will be issued for NO SHOWS regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, canceled, or delayed flights, and/or problems with any other means of transportation. We encourage you to protect your trip with an optional travel insurance policy.
