About the Hosts, The Vitalists
Jeffrey and Swirl Moore Williams, known as The Vitalists, are transformational guides who help others live with energy, resilience, and purpose. Jeffrey’s journey from burnout to holistic wellness and Swirl’s triumph over chronic pain have shaped their unique approach, blending masculine and feminine energies for a balanced path to vitality.
Their work centers on the Vitalist Spiral—Breath, Movement, Sound, Rest, Nourishment, Hydration, and Presence—as a blueprint for living in flow and freedom. Through their retreats, they guide individuals to retreat, repattern, and revitalize, inspiring deep connection to nature and awakening multidimensional awareness for a life of balance and transformation.

Playa Viva , our chosen sanctuary, is a hidden gem nestled along the pristine west coast of Mexico and elegantly combines natural beauty and comforting accommodations, promising an intimate and magical setting for our time together.
An environmentally conscious resort dedicated to sustainability and regenerative practices including a farm-to-table concept, Playa Viva offers 19 eco-luxury rooms, each with a beautiful ocean view.
Much of the accommodation is shared. Shared with other people, and perhaps with other creatures too. Such spaces are not just a place to rest, but a space to weave new threads into the rich tapestry of your relationships. 3 Organic Meals per day
Fresh, organic, local, farm-to-table meals, snacks, and beverages expertly prepared by Playa Viva chefs. The hotel can accommodate most dietary preferences and restrictions.

EDGU
This is a movement series that is told through a story. A fun and invigorating way to feel good and keep the spine flexible and young. The series is designed to flex and toggle each vertebrae.
INU
a synthesis of breathing, moving and activating mental power to increase energy in the body, let go of blockages and limiting patterns, resulting in a cathartic release and a buzzing feeling.
Voice and Sound work
Unlock your authenticity and put it into expression through a series of exercises and experiences that allow the unexpressed to be released and the soul's voice to be heard.
Breathwork
Utilizing both cathartic techniques grounded in Dr Wilhem Reich's work as well as nervous system calming and toning techniques, each participant will develop skills to make shifts at will.
Alignment Process
A hands on technique used to reset the autonomic nervous system to rest and digest, growth and repair therefore out of the stress state. Bringing the brain to 100% power and and the body into balance
Values Reveal
Understanding and applying the neuroscience of perception, decision and action, you will be guided through a process to align with your highest values and utilize them for enhanced meaning making.
Pristine Nature
Playa Viva is situated on a mile of pristine and private beach. Nestled between the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean and the majestic Sierra Madre Mountains near the village of Juluchuca.
Taxes & Tips
All taxes + 10% gratuity for the property caretakers and Playa Viva staff.
Regenerative Trust Fund
A 2% financial contribution to support the hotel's local community and environmental impact activities such as the turtle sanctuary, educational activities and watershed development programs.
What's not included
Airfare
You are responsible for organizing and paying for your travel to and from ZIH Airport.
Bar Drinks and Alcohol
Alcohol, blended drinks (such as cocktails, smoothies and coconut drinks) and sodas. However, these things are available for purchase!
Sea Turtle Release
$15 donation per adult. If mother nature see fit, there are daily baby sea turtle releases at the on-site turtle sanctuary. Take this opportunity to learn about turtle conservation and play your part
