- 5 Nights AccommodationCasa das Arribas is a stunning 1940s coastal estate offering apartment-style stays with one or two bedrooms, full ensuite bathrooms, living areas, and fully equipped kitchens.

- Sound CeremonyA holistic method that uses the power of sound frequencies and vibrations to promote deep presence and connection with self on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
- Afternoon PilatesMikaela will lead a 45-minute afternoon Pilates class (with resistance bands) designed to activate deep muscle groups, synchronize movement with breath, and energize the entire body!
- Beach / Surf / HikeWe’ll explore stunning beaches like Praia de São Julião, Praia da Foz do Lizandro, and Praia das Azenhas do Mar. Swim, hike, surf (self-funded), or relax and savour local bites.

Hi friends! I’m Mikaela (Mik), a movement guide (Yoga and Pilates; YouTube @MIKMILLMOVEMENT), wellness advocate, and founder of Evolve Retreats. I began leading retreats when I realized there was so much more to explore beyond a one-hour yoga class. The Evolve retreat in Todos Santos was absolutely magical. Mikaela is truly a special soul - she’s pure sunshine. She radiates a grounding energy that immediately makes you feel at ease. There’s something genuinely calming about her presence, and it really sets the tone for the entire experience.
What stood out most was the thoughtful intention behind every part of the retreat. From the yoga flows to the philosophy, journaling prompts, and group reflections, everything was beautifully curated and effortlessly connected. Each activity flowed into the next with purpose and ease. You can feel how much heart and care she pours into creating a meaningful journey.
The experience itself was incredibly rich. From vision boarding and coaching sessions to Pilates, sound healing, and the temezcal ceremony, every offering was thoughtfully woven in. It created a beautiful balance of reflection, movement, and connection - both grounding and inspiring - without ever feeling overwhelming.
The dynamic between Mikaela and her mom, Sue, who helps support the retreat, is also really special. Their warmth, authenticity, and genuine care make you feel completely held throughout.
The setting itself (Tribu) was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was Mikaela. I left feeling deeply grateful and can't wait to join another Evolve retreat. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mikaela 🤍

Evolve retreats has a way of staying with you long after you leave.
From the moment you arrive, you feel the intentionality behind everything Mikaela creates. The balance was perfect: yoga, pilates, movement, incredible food, and real connection with amazing humans. Sunrises, sunsets, laughter, tears of joy, tears of life breakthroughs, it's all part of it.
What makes Evolve different is that it nurtures you on every level. Mikaela and Mama Sue create a container where the friendships feel genuine, the breakthroughs feel safe, and everything feels just natural.
This was my second retreat and I'm already planning to come back.

Attending the Evolve Retreat in Todos Santos was truly a life-changing experience. Mikaela was incredibly thoughtful in developing a schedule that offered lots of meaningful activities but never felt pressured or rigid.
What I loved most was the focus on living yoga. The teachings really encouraged mindfulness and reflection in everyday life. The connection with the other women was also such a special part of the experience. The environment felt so supportive.
I left feeling more grounded, inspired, and grateful for the experience. I would absolutely recommend this retreat to anyone looking for something deeper than just a yoga vacation and I can’t wait to attend another one in the future.

I had a wonderful time at the Todo Santos retreat. It was very well organized by Mikaela. The schedule had just enough activities while still providing time for ourselves to explore the village. Mikaela was very responsive and insured that we were accommodated, and felt safe. This was my first time in Mexico and my very first Yoga Retreat. I would definitely attend another one of her retreats because this one provided me with a lifetime of memories.
