7:30am - 9:00am | Magic Morning
Our signature Evolve practice, blending Vinyasa flow, Pranayama breathwork, meditation, and guided journaling. Each session is thoughtfully designed with a daily theme that weaves through the practice and sets the tone for the rest of the day.
9:00am - 10:00am | Silent Breakfast
Nourish your body and mind in stillness. This silent breakfast creates the space to reflect, be present with your food, and soak in the calm of your surroundings, allowing your morning’s practice to integrate deeper.
10:00am - 12:00pm | Group Experience or Free Time
Depending on the theme of the day, we might gather for a group activity like a vision board workshop, yoga posture workshop, or even an offsite adventure! Alternatively, this time might be suggested as free time to unwind by the beach, swim in the ocean, or book a relaxing massage or surf lesson, giving you the space to choose what nourishes you most.
1:00pm - 2:00pm | Lunch
We’ll come together in the open-air dining hall for a long-table buffet style lunch featuring fresh, locally sourced, nourishing food!
3:00pm - 5:00pm | Group Experience or Free Time
As the day’s theme guides us, we may explore a variety of activities, including those mentioned above in the 10am time slot. During this time of day we also love to include an afternoon Pilates class, group ceremony, or our signature Soul Circle experience to enhance our collective journey.
5:30pm - 6:30pm | Dinner
We’ll come together in the open-air dining hall for a long-table buffet style dinner featuring fresh, locally sourced, nourishing food!
7:30pm - 8:45pm | Easeful Evening
Our 75-minute evening practices rotate between Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, offering a sacred space to slow down, recharge, and nurture your nervous system. These practices are an invitation to deeply listen, allowing you to integrate the day’s theme and carry its insights with you into the evening.
