Hi friends! I’m Mikaela (Mik), a movement guide (Yoga and Pilates; YouTube @MIKMILLMOVEMENT), wellness advocate, and founder of Evolve Retreats. Wow! Wow! Wow! I had no expectations about this trip to Costa Rica going in, but this retreat was a once in a lifetime experience that I will not soon forget. The accomodation, food, and the people were absolutely amazing!! Mikaela and Mama Sue are two of the most genuine and caring people. I highly recommend Evolve Retreats to anyone who is even considering going on a retreat. Every detail was thought of with precision and care even when Mother Nature decided to throw a couple of curve balls our way. I can't wait to see where my next Evolve Retreat experience takes me!!!

The Nosara Evolve retreat was a grounding and nurturing experience with each yoga practice open to all abilities, injuries, ages and energies. Mik brings a beautiful strong but calm energy and creates a space that is safe for you to explore parts of yourself that allow for real transformation and growth. Recently, I went on a yoga retreat expecting nothing more than some physical recovery. I was surprised by how deeply it healed both my body and my spirit. It reminded me to let go, release old patterns, and move forward gently—with love and intention.

I have been fortunate enough to attend a handful of retreats with wonderful instructors, but honestly - Evolve outshines the rest tenfold! Each day Mikhaila offered a heartfelt theme and weaved it so beautifully throughout the classes. I felt completely taken care of as both Mikhaila and Momma Sue took care of each tiny detail.
