All passports must have 6 months validity and have 1 blank page. 

FLIGHTS

Cairo International Airport (CIA)

When looking for flights, please be mindful of the flight duration. Due to the time zone, you might arrive on the date after your original departure.

All flights must arrive before 5:00 pm

Sometimes it is cheaper to fly directly to a bigger hub near you (JFK, LAX, ORD, etc) to take your main flight to Egypt.

There will be a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. Unless there is a sale stating otherwise. 

There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments up until 45 days before the departure date and are available to book at no extra cost.

You can view your payment plan installment dates by following the checkout prompts and adding the deposit to cart.

All payments must be completed by March 31st, 2023.

PACKAGE OPTIONS
Double Occupancy:

This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender (if you are traveling solo). If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room rather than 2 separate beds, please e-mail info@tworldtours.com and/or add that in the comment on your Roommate Matching Form. 

Single Occupancy:

This is the price for 1 traveler to have a room with 0 additional roommates. 

ADD ONS

There is an option to purchase an alcohol package for the Yacht Cruise in Hurghada. 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

You are able to cancel your trip for a full refund (minus the deposit) up to 45 days before the trip. Cancellations made less than 45 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of all payments made (minus the deposit).

If you are 7 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50.
 We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
