FLIGHTS
Cairo International Airport (CIA)
When looking for flights, please be mindful of the flight duration. Due to the time zone, you might arrive on the date after your original departure.
We suggest that all flights must arrive before 4:00 pm.
Sometimes it is cheaper to fly directly to a bigger hub near you (JFK, LAX, ORD, etc) to take your main flight to Egypt.

CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS
To secure the best accommodations, partners, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will be refunded in a form of a travel credit to join another bucket list destination with TWT.
You are able to cancel your trip for a full credit refund up to 60 days before the trip (minus the deposit). Cancellations made between 30 - 60 days before departure will receive a 50% credit refund of all payments made. All credits are redeemable for 1 year, however, the trip does not need to be completed within 1 year.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a credit refund.
If you are 3 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50. That allows you a 7 day extension to complete your payment.
The last installment must be completed on time and cannot be extended by any means.
This trip will only depart if there are 5 guests signed up, minimum. Please ensure that all flights that you purchase are insured. If the trip has to be canceled for this reason, you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit, in the form of a credit.

This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender (if you are traveling solo). If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room rather than 2 separate beds, please e-mail info@tworldtours.com and/or add that in the comment on your Roommate Matching Form.
Single Occupancy:
This is the price for 1 traveler to have a room with 0 additional roommates.

Welcome to Egypt! Today you check in to your newly built 5-star hotel where you'll be able to meet and greet your new group of friends.
Tonight we'll break the ice over a luxurious dinner in Cairo at the Four Seasons Nile.
Dinner is at 9 pm. For this reason, it's dire that your flight arrives before 5pm.
After dinner, go for a hookah at a rooftop bar, walk along the nile which is bustling with restaurants and bars or choose to relax for a full day of adventure tomorrow!
