Why join us?

Change is the hardest and most important when high demands force us into volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) domains. The unfamiliarity in front of us compels us to lead with new behaviors while the pressure forces us into habituated, ingrained, and older ways of leading. We invite you to Executive Breakthrough Retreats for Women, where your leadership moves from survival to breakthrough and thriving.
