What’s included
- Transportation to villaYou will be picked up at either the Tulum (preferred) or Cancun Airport and chauffeured to Amansala in a spacious shared van for your comfort.
- Room and accommodationsEnjoy a beautiful room at Amansala, a premier seaside retreat resort.
- MealsVegan meals will be prepared fresh, onsite, by a private chef. All meals included, excepting one evening when we will be free to go out and see what Tulum has to offer!
- MassageRelease, rebalance, reset. Let go of the stress and tension your body is holding deep in the muscles.
- Temezcal CeremonyThis ritual steam bath will cleanse and detoxify mind, body, and spirit, helping you to let go of anything that is holding you back and clearing the path to your best self.
- Sound Bath and CacaoThis profound ritual of the senses, guided by a trio of local musician healers who have studied the art of healing through sound, will relax your mind, open your heart, and awaken your soul.
- Mayan Clay MeditationThis ceremony is held on the beach and includes an instructive explanation, self-application of detoxifying mud, guided massage, and cleansing in the ocean.
- Cooking ClassFood nourishes not only the body but the heart and mind as well. It is a source of both pleasure and fellowship. Gather together to learn a bit about how all those incredible meals are prepared!
- Salsa Dance ClassDance feeds the soul. Our instructor will lead us in joyful movement that celebrates ourselves and our bodies, and together we'll pick up some new moves!
- Gratuity for hotel staffWe are covering tips for the following Amansala personnel: waiters, kitchen staff, bellboys, and cleaning staff. Gratuity for these individuals is included in your retreat package.
What’s not included
- FlightsPlease arrange your own flight to the Tulum Airport (TQO) - preferred - or the Cancun International Airport (CUN) in Quintana Roo. Book your flight as early as possible to ensure a good rate!
- Travel insuranceTravel insurance is highly recommended. Basic plans cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, lost luggage, etc. If you choose not to purchase a policy, a signed waiver will be required.
- Additional tippingTipping for front desk, guides, ceremonies, spa services, transportation, or an additional tip for Amansala's amazing staff will be appreciated.
- Other activitiesYou'll have the opportunity to go shopping, indulge in a meal out during your stay! Please keep in mind that expenses for these are not included in your retreat package. You will also have the option

Hi! I'm Alison. I spent several years in the corporate world training and developing aspiring sales professionals. During those years, I was fortunate enough to attend numerous sales, leadership, and personal development workshops across the country. My specialties include business planning, client acquisition, and time management. I am a huge believer in the Law of Attraction, vision boarding, and the power of positivity! I had a great time meeting fantastic women in business. It was the group of women, plus Alison's curriculum that made this retreat amazing! The workshops were incredible - they forced me to think harder about my offering and make it crystal clear, exactly what I needed. The accommodations were lovely and relaxing. Speaking of, there was plenty of time to be by the pool, walk along the beach, or just rock in the rocking chairs facing the ocean. I also loved the yoga sessions to free the mind and flex the body! Alison has a gift in putting together a memorable and valuable retreat!

Restore overall met my expectation when experiencing a getaway with a group of women entrepreneurs. It was my first retreat to experience a beautiful exclusive villa that made me feel like a Rock Star. The cleanliness and staff, the exquisite vegan meals, the flight and shuttle schedule, the photo shoot, the yoga, and the massages were all incredible. I felt I had earned this wonderful luxury retreat. It helped me to reflect on how much I was worthy of such an exclusive trip. It's been 4 months and I'm still reaping the benefits of saying YES to the Restore Retreat. The amount of thought and intention put into every aspect of the retreat by Alison and her team is incredible. From amazing food prepared by private chefs, beautiful accommodations, and all of the extra off-time perks (massages, dinners out, branding photography session, excursions etc.), I was blown away. The business-centered workshops really grew my entrepreneurial mindset and the expertise shared cannot have a $$$ value added to it. The best part of it was meeting so many amazing women from all over the world who were there to encourage my goals and dreams and grow together. I cannot SCREAM loud enough to take advantage of any future opportunities to attend an entrepreneurial retreat or work with Alison!
