The Galapagos Islands are among the most magical protected places on earth. It is no wonder that National Geographic lists it as the number one must visit national park in the world! On your yoga holiday you will be whisked away by speedboat to the remote Isabela Island and your beach front hotel. We will spend 7 nights here experiencing, on land and sea, Darwin's theory of evolution. Sea turtles, penguins, sharks and whales, and a multitude of bird species call this special place home.  Isabela island is also home to more wild tortoises than all other islands combined, as well as a tortoise breeding centre. It also boasts a wild colony of flamingos right in town, easily accessible on foot.

You will have opportunities to swim & snorkel, hike & bike and even perhaps kayak & surf! All this fresh air outdoor activity will be balanced with daily yoga practice. The yoga classes are for all-levels and beginner friendly, so no experience is necessary. This is the perfect time and place to dive into and evolve your yoga practice, as well as your connection to nature! There will also be plenty of time to relax and sip coconuts on the empty beach in front of the hotel for a balance between an active and restorative holiday. 7 nights in beach front accommodation on Isabela Island, Galapagos. *Prices based on double occupancy (shared room). You can select a standard double or an ocean view view extra fee.  If you are travelling alone we will pair you with another participant. Single occupancy may be available for extra fee. Breakfast: 6 included. On the final morning we will be departing very early (5:20am) to catch the speedboat at 6am to Puerto Ayora (Santa Cruz Island). Depending on departure flight times of the group there may be the opportunity to have a quick breakfast stop before transiting to the airport. The airport does also have a cafe.

Lunch: 3 included. Lunch is included only on day trips as stated. For days when lunch is not included, you have a few options. You can organize to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. You can also stroll down the sand street to the town "centre" and select an "almuerzo" (simple meal of the day, usually including soup, main course and fruit juice), generally around 5-7$, or an a-la-carte meal ( 8$+) or pizza.

Dinners: 3 included. We will have 3 evening meals together. The first and last dinner, as well as a dinner mid-retreat. Dinners, as with lunches, are available at the hotel as well as in town centre. 

*no alcohol is included with any meal. That is at your additional cost.

We will have a variety of day tours, both land and sea, during our stay on Isabela Island. Activities include hiking, biking, swimming, & snorkelling. With options to horseback, kayak and surf during the free day. Please see itinerary for the daily activities and tours.
