The Masseria we are offering you is an estate of 11 hectares of olive trees located in Castiglione 3km from the sea (Adriatic). It is a family owned hotel specifically (bed and breakfast), which is also dedicated to the production of biological oil. It's possible to have dinner on site, dinner since the owners managed a small restaurant where are cooked traditional handmade dishes with biological products.
The philosophy behind the experience offered below, is to return to the past, to live a different holiday in a peaceful and healthy environment. At the Masseria you will find an organic garden, organic produce oil and cooking classes with typical products of the earth.

Arrival at the Airport (transfer) we will pick up you and take you to the farmhouse .Check in and show around the property.
After a small break we make a tour of the farmhouse and an explanation of how do the oil (at that time may not see as is hara because the season is from October to January) visit to the mill where Emilio explain all the procedure (we use the traditional procedure) followed by an oil tasting.
Dinner at the farmhouse with typical food from Salento ,such as biological vegetables directly collected from the farmhouse, also with the help of customers. Overnight
