For our CPC Experience, we will do Bali two ways. We will stay in 5-star, award-winning properties in both Seminyak and Ubud. Swanky restaurants, stylish beach clubs and minutes from the beach, Seminyak is where you can find the contemporary social culture of Bali. One hour north of Seminyak is the serene Ubud. When you think of the wellness culture described in Eat, Pray, Love, you are envisioning Ubud.

Cancellation and Refund Terms
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In order to provide you with competitive pricing, Co-Pilot Concierge enters into contractual agreements with hotel, tour and restaurant vendors which restricts us from acquiring refunds. Our trips are priced based on the overall value of the package delivered and not on an activity-by-activity basis. As such, individual refunds cannot be issued if you decline an activity or for cancelation of any activity due to uncontrollable circumstances (i.e. weather, etc.). In all cases, we will do our best to reschedule or replace any canceled event but this is not guaranteed.
Name changes are at the discretion of the vendor. Upon approved authorization, name changes are subject to a $100 fee before final payment and $200 fee after final payment. In the event the fee is for a replacement roommate, this fee will be applied to the balance of the new traveler. In the event this fee is for an error on an existing traveler's reservation, this fee will be applied to the balance of the existing traveler.
It is the responsibility of each traveler to make installment payments. Late monthly installments will incur a $75 fee after a 3 day grace period. The fee will be required before any installment payment is accepted. Late final payments will incur a $250 fee. The fee will be required before any trip payment is accepted. In the event of a wait list, your slot will be forfeited to someone on the wait list after 2 missed installment payments.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the U.S. dollar devalues, Co-Pilot Concierge reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
