Ancient wisdom • Sacred nature • Conscious travel • Deep rest
Some places stay with you long after you’ve left. Yucatán is one of them.
Join us for six unforgettable nights immersed in the magic of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, where ancient Maya wisdom, breathtaking natural wonders, meaningful rituals, and daily yoga come together in one extraordinary journey.
This is more than a yoga retreat. It’s an invitation to experience Yucatán through every element of nature—to move, explore, connect, rest, and leave feeling profoundly renewed.
Guided by two experienced teachers, including one born and raised in Mexico, you’ll discover the region through local knowledge, authentic connection, and experiences that go far beyond traditional tourism.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply someone seeking a meaningful adventure, this retreat was created for curious travelers who want to experience a place—not just visit it.
A Week Guided by the Elements
Throughout the week, we’ll reconnect with ourselves through the wisdom of nature.
💨 Air
Morning yoga, breathwork, meditation, spaciousness.
💧 Water
Sacred cenotes, deep relaxation, sound healing, emotional release.
🌎 Earth
Ancient ruins, grounding rituals, nourishing food, clay, and planting new life.
🔥 Fire
Ceremony, transformation, cacao, community, and the warmth of shared experiences.
✨ Ether
Stillness, vibration, music, silence, and the space where everything integrates.
What You’ll Experience
Daily Yoga & Sound Healing
Every morning begins with an energizing yoga practice to awaken the body before the day’s adventures.
Each evening we gather again for a slower, restorative practice that allows the experiences of the day to fully settle.
Every class concludes with an immersive sound journey using singing bowls, shruti box, koshi chimes, rain stick, and other healing instruments, creating a deeply restorative experience for body and mind.
Yoga becomes the thread connecting every experience throughout the week—not the destination itself.
⸻
Explore the Magic of Yucatán
Chichén Itzá
Stand before one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and discover the brilliance of the ancient Maya civilization.
With local guidance and thoughtful storytelling, you’ll experience this extraordinary place beyond the typical tourist visit.
⸻
Sacred Cenotes
Swim in crystal-clear underground waters formed millions of years ago.
For the Maya, cenotes were sacred portals connecting the physical and spiritual worlds.
The moment you enter these waters, you’ll understand why.
⸻
Izamal
Known as The Yellow City, Izamal is one of Mexico’s most enchanting Pueblos Mágicos.
Golden streets, artisan shops, ancient pyramids, colonial architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere invite you to slow down and simply wander.
⸻
Ceremony & Connection
Throughout the week we’ll share experiences designed to reconnect us—with ourselves, each other, and this remarkable land.
Together we’ll experience:
• Cacao Ceremony
• Puja
• Ecstatic Dance
• Breathwork
• Meditation
• Energizing Clay Ritual, reconnecting with the Earth through mineral-rich clay in a playful and grounding experience inspired by ancient traditions.
Each ceremony is thoughtfully woven into the retreat, offering moments of reflection, celebration, joy, and transformation.
⸻
Giving Back
We believe transformation also means giving something back.
As part of our retreat, we’ll plant native trees together on the beautiful grounds of Shambalanté.
A simple yet meaningful act of gratitude to the land that welcomes us.
Long after we’ve returned home, something we planted together will continue to grow.
⸻
Time to Simply Be
Some of the most meaningful moments won’t appear on the schedule.
Swing gently in a hammock beneath the trees.
Float in the pool.
Journal.
Read.
Enjoy nourishing meals prepared with local ingredients.
Listen to the sounds of the jungle.
Watch the stars emerge above the Yucatán sky.
Sometimes the greatest luxury is simply having nowhere else to be.
⸻
Optional Wellness Experiences
Personalize your retreat with additional experiences available during the week.
• Sound Massage
• Relaxation Massage
• Traditional Mayan Temazcal Ceremony
• Guided Jungle Walk through Shambalanté
(Available at an additional cost.)
