Together, we will explore the timeless majesty of Egypt, while sharing our passion for the power + tranquility of yoga. From the Great Pyramids to the serene banks of the Nile and the vibrant shores of the Red Sea, this curated retreat is designed to rejuvenate your body, enrich your mind, and awaken your spirit while witnessing the Egyptian culture paired with our practice.

Our trip will begin with arrivals into Cairo where we will stay for the first two nights of our trip. Upon arrival to Cairo, each guest will be greeted by a professional representative in the pre-immigration area holding a welcome sign with the guest’s name. The guest will be assisted in obtaining an entry visa into Egypt and will be escorted through immigration procedures before being transferred to our luxury 5-star hotel for check-in and relaxation (intention: Ritz Carlton Cairo).

While in Cairo, guests will experience the Great Pyramids of Giza through a private group experience (after hours pyramid tour), visit the valley temple, and take in the wonder of the Sphinx. Guests will also participate as a group with camel rides through the Giza. Our cultural immersion in Cairo will conclude with a visit to an ancient papyrus institute, absorbing stories told of Egyptian life.

The YOGA TOUR will continue with an included group flight to Aswan where we will visit the Temple of Philae before boarding our very own private group Nile cruise. This vessel will be our lodging for the next three nights as we make our way to Luxor. During this cruise, guests can expect various stops to temples, enjoy sails on feluccas, and experience a horse and carriage ride to embrace the ancient culture. Yoga classes on board will be open air (weather permitting), allowing us to practice right on the Nile! A private pool and sunning deck invites guests to sit back and relax, or the ship offers guests an invitation for space to reset back in their single or double cabin, fulfilling your own opportunity restore as you see fit.

As we dock in Luxor, we will visit additional temples and the House at Karnak on our way to Hurghada. The closure of our Yoga Tour will allow guests to gaze out into the Red Sea from our 5-star waterfront accommodations (intention: Movenpick el Quseir) where we will invite guests to join for an included private boat excursion. Out on the sea we will adventure with swimming, snorkeling, and dolphin watching.

PLEASE NOTE:

• KIm + Sybs Yoga will not provide assistance with travel arrangements outside of trip inclusions - FOR EXAMPLE: flight bookings in/out of Egypt, additional hotel stays, additional transfers/activity bookings/spa treatments during free time, travel insurance, meals OYO, and pre/post activity bookings.

• Kim Culley + Sybil Yoga will not be able to pair guests with travel buddies. Guests booking single occupancy should feel confident traveling as a single, or should plan accordingly to coordinate with other familiar travelers on the trip.

This trip will be offered in two rooming configurations. We will adhere strictly to the policies outlined below, and no exceptions will be made.

BOOKING + CANCELLATION

To reserve your room, a non-refundable booking deposit of $1,250 per person is required through this website.

This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer retreat. In the event of cancellation, no credits or refunds will be provided toward future retreats.

By submitting the initial deposit, you are entering into a legally binding agreement acknowledging full understanding and acceptance of all terms stated herein.

If a guest is unable to attend for any reason, the guest will assume full financial responsibility for the total cost of the trip. This booking serves as a legal agreement to those charges.

Kim and Sybil may consider transferring a booking to another individual on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the new guest(s) will be required to submit a new $1,250 per-person deposit. The original deposit paid by the initial guest will not be refunded.

The only circumstance in which the $1,250 deposit will be refunded is if this Kim + Sybil Yoga Retreat does not meet the minimum number of guests required to secure the private Nile Cruise. In that event, the trip will be canceled, and all deposits will be refunded in full.

Once the minimum number of guests is reached and the trip is confirmed and communicated to all participants, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate email addresses during registration to ensure they receive booking confirmations and all future communications.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

After the initial deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into three installments, due on the following dates:

• March 1, 2026

• June 1, 2026

• October 1, 2026

Payment reminders will be sent via WeTravel, which will also apply credit card processing fees to all transactions. Guests must manually enter their credit card information to make each payment.

Guests may choose to pay multiple installments at any time.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1 - Single Booking - This reservation is for one guest only. The single booking guest (Guest A) WILL NOT be able to add another guest (Guest B) at a later period in time, unless availability presents an opportunity to change booking to a double occupancy. Although Guest A may be willing to share his/her/their bed, this trip is being offered with limited posted spaces.

2 - Double Booking - This reservation is for two guests. Each guest will book individually with a booking deposit. Guests will designate roommate in PARTICIPANT INFO section.

A. If the corresponding roommate (Guest B) does not book by close of same day (12am) of Guest A’s booking - the reservation of Guest A will be immediately canceled. Kim + Sybs Yoga will not hold booking reservations.

B. If Guest A books and Guest B does not have an opportunity to claim a space before 12am of same booking day, Guest A’s reservation will be immediately canceled.

C. Guests A+B have the option to select “2” from the drop down to link reservations to guarantee availability. In the case of joint booking, only the lead booking guest will receive payment reminders, although both guests will still receive communication emails.

D. Kim + Sybs Yoga will not pair roommates. In order to select and reserve a double booking occupancy, guests must book with a selected roommate by close of same day at 12am.

E. After confirmation of Guest A + Guest B bookings are both received, the reservation will then operate as one unit and cancellation policies will be enforced as a pair. If one guest cancels or fails to make a payment, both reservations will be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued. A roommate replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Both guests will assume full cost of a double occupancy booking in the case of cancellation.

If any unusual circumstances present and Kim/Sybil need to cancel the retreat for any reason, installment refunds WILL be given - less the processing fees.  Please note that processing fees will NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.  Only installment payments will be refunded in this scenario - Deposits will NOT be refunded.

Kim Culley and Sybil Meyer will also not assume responsibility to any losses in airfare or additional travel purchases due to cancelations of any kind.  

Please consider booking travel insurance when booking this trip.  Kim + Sybs Yoga do not offer travel insurance or travel insurance assistance/suggestions.

Additionally, Kim Culley, Sybil Meyer, and selected tour guides are not responsible for any loss or damages, or medical treatment, that may result before, during, or after this trip.  

All guests will be required to sign liability waivers. The completion of this registration will require all guests to sign such an acknowledgement of the above on a Kim + Sybs Yoga waiver.

Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer reserve the right to cancel a guest’s booking at any time and for any reason they feel a guest’s participation and/or attendance might not align with the group’s energy. Any canceled guest will be notified by email. Deposit may or may not be returned depending upon cancellation circumstances. All guests should understand these rights and booking of this trip acknowledges the action and guest confirmation of understanding of terms. In the case of cancellation with a deposit refund, processing fees will NOT be refunded.

ARRIVAL INTO EGYPT

Guests should to plan for flights to arrive into Cairo (CAI - Cairo Intl) no later than 10am on Wednesday, February 1st.

*our first activity will begin in the afternoon portion of the welcome day. Specific times and Itineraries to be shared as date approaches.

DEPARTURE FROM EGYPT

Departing flights will leave from Hurghada (HRG - Hurghada) and can be booked at any time on Wednesday, February 8th.

*guests will have the opportunity to enjoy one last breakfast at the hotel on the exit morning, but no please note that no structured retreat activities and/or yoga classes will take place on the exit day. The retreat will officially end with the close of breakfast on Wednesday, February 8th.

The partner tour company has mentioned a possible separate extension booking offer to visit the ancient city of Petra in Jordan. More information will be shared if the opportunity presents itself to individuals on this Egypt Yoga Tour.

Please note that the official Kim + Sybs Yoga retreat trip will still conclude at breakfast on Wednesday, February 8th. An extension stay would be a separate cost and will require a separate booking with the tour company. More information about this extension opportunity will be shared with interested guests at a later time.
