Kindly be aware that flights are not included in this package. We suggest booking the following flights for your convenience:

London: Your journey can commence with WizzAir departing from London Luton at 05:55, reaching Sarajevo at 09:35. For the return leg, you have the option to book with WizzAir departing at 10:10, arriving back at London Luton at 12:10. Alternatively, guests may opt for the Ryanair option, catching the 12:30 flight back, arriving at London Stansted at 14:15.

Istanbul: Turkish Airlines offers a direct flight from Istanbul that aligns with the trip dates and airport transfer times. Rest assured, we're here to assist you in finding the optimal flight.

Guests from all nationalities are warmly welcomed to join the trip, and we are happy to facilitate separate airport transfers as required, subject to an additional fee. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information or assistance with arrangements.

Payments and Cancellations:

Deposit: To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a £100 deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Payment: We require full payment made no later than 5 weeks before your trip's departure date.

Refunds and Transfers: Once full payment has been received, we're unable to offer refunds or transfers. However, if your plans change and you're unable to travel, you're welcome to sell your space to someone else. Just remember, the responsibility for finding a replacement rests with you.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the trip will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations within 3 weeks of the trip will incur a 100% charge.

Refunds during Trip: Unfortunately, once the trip has commenced, we're unable to issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits.

Itinerary: Please keep in mind that the itinerary provided may be subject to changes. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this matter.

Pre-Travel Requirements:

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover medical issues, cancellations due to illness, COVID-19, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Entry Requirements: Travellers are responsible for understanding the entry requirements of the destination, including visas and COVID-19 testing. 

Guest Screening: To make sure everyone's experience is enjoyable and smooth, we conduct a brief screening for all our guests after booking. If, for any reason, you don't pass the screening, rest assured, we'll refund your deposit promptly.
