- London: Your journey can commence with a flight from London Luton at 07:45, arriving in Sarajevo at 11:35. For the return leg, you have the option to depart from Sarajevo at 11:15, landing back at London Luton at 13:20. Additionally, there are alternative options to fly with Ryanair at different times.
- Istanbul: Turkish Airlines & Pegasus offers a direct flight from Istanbul that aligns with the trip dates and airport transfer times. Rest assured, we're here to assist you in finding the optimal flight.
Female Guests from all nationalities are warmly welcomed to join the trip, and we are happy to facilitate separate airport transfers as required, subject to an additional fee. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information or assistance with arrangements.

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a £100 deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment
We require full payment no later than 5 weeks before your trip’s departure date.
Refunds and Transfers
Once full payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers. However, if your plans change and you are unable to travel, you are welcome to sell your space to someone else. Please note that the responsibility for finding a replacement rests with you. If you decide to sell your space, please notify us with the details of the replacement traveller at least 2 weeks before the departure date to ensure a smooth transition.
Cancellation Charges
• Cancellations made more than 5 weeks before the trip: No additional charge (deposit remains non-refundable).
• Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the trip: 50% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the trip: 100% of the total trip cost.
Refunds during the Trip
Unfortunately, once the trip has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused services or portions of the trip.

Trip Protection Plan
To provide peace of mind, we offer an optional Trip Protection Plan. By paying an additional 15% of your total trip cost, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund up to 10 days before your departure date. This plan safeguards your investment against unexpected changes in your schedule, allowing you to book with confidence. Pliva: After Jajce, we will visit the nearby Pliva area, where you can discover the incredible Pliva Watermills and the serene Pliva Lakes. This area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and historical significance, with its picturesque landscapes reflecting the majesty of Allah's creation.
