Transfer services in Sarajevo are available between 11:30 and 12:30, allowing a 60mins window.

Kindly be aware that flights are not included in this package. We suggest booking the following flights for your convenience:

- London: Your journey can commence with a flight from London Luton at 07:45, arriving in Sarajevo at 11:35. For the return leg, you have the option to depart from Sarajevo at 11:15, landing back at London Luton at 13:20. Additionally, there are alternative options to fly with Ryanair at different times.

- Istanbul: Turkish Airlines & Pegasus offers a direct flight from Istanbul that aligns with the trip dates and airport transfer times. Rest assured, we're here to assist you in finding the optimal flight.

Female Guests from all nationalities are warmly welcomed to join the trip, and we are happy to facilitate separate airport transfers as required, subject to an additional fee. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information or assistance with arrangements.

Payments and Cancellations:

Deposit

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a £100 deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment

We require full payment no later than 5 weeks before your trip’s departure date.

Refunds and Transfers

Once full payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers. However, if your plans change and you are unable to travel, you are welcome to sell your space to someone else. Please note that the responsibility for finding a replacement rests with you. If you decide to sell your space, please notify us with the details of the replacement traveller at least 2 weeks before the departure date to ensure a smooth transition.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellations made more than 5 weeks before the trip: No additional charge (deposit remains non-refundable).

• Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the trip: 50% of the total trip cost.

• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the trip: 100% of the total trip cost.

Refunds during the Trip

Unfortunately, once the trip has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused services or portions of the trip.

Please keep in mind that the itinerary provided may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this matter.

Trip Protection Plan

To provide peace of mind, we offer an optional Trip Protection Plan. By paying an additional 15% of your total trip cost, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund up to 10 days before your departure date. This plan safeguards your investment against unexpected changes in your schedule, allowing you to book with confidence. If, for any reason, you don't pass the screening, rest assured, we'll refund your deposit promptly.

Medical Disclosure: Your health is important to us, so when you book, we'll ask you to let us know about any medical conditions. Don't worry, though – your information will be kept confidential.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover medical issues, cancellations due to illness, COVID-19, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

On your first day, after settling into your hotel, refresh and prepare for a day steeped in Sarajevo's history and culture. Start with a visit to the Tunnel of Hope, a symbol of the city's resilience during the siege. Then, embark on a walking tour through Sarajevo's highlights, including the historic Old Orthodox Church, bustling Bascarsija Square, and the grand Caravan Saray. We'll pause for a snack at the historic Pekara Imaret, famed for its traditional Bosnian pastries. Admire the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, and conclude with a visit to the Sarajevo Roses and the grave of President Aliya Izetbegovic.

In this tour, you will explore central Bosnia and its two most beautiful and historically significant towns.

Jajce: Begin your journey in the royal town of Jajce, where we will delve into its rich history by exploring the medieval catacombs and the majestic fortress. Marvel at the stunning Jajce Waterfall, one of the most beautiful in the country. If you would like to add a bit of adventure, you'll have the opportunity to go ziplining, providing a unique and exhilarating perspective of the waterfall and the surrounding natural beauty.

Pliva: After Jajce, we will visit the nearby Pliva area, where you can discover the incredible Pliva Watermills and the serene Pliva Lakes. This area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and historical significance, with its picturesque landscapes reflecting the majesty of Allah's creation.

Travnik: Finally, we travel to Travnik, a vizier town known for its towering minarets and rich Islamic heritage. Explore the town's beautiful fortress, the enchanting "Blue Water," and other captivating attractions that showcase the historic and cultural significance of this vibrant town.

Konjic: Begin your journey with a visit to Konjic, where the historic Old Stone Bridge, dating back to 1682, stands as a symbol of resilience. Restored in 2009, this national monument offers a glimpse into the past as you enjoy the stunning views of the Neretva River canyon.

Počitelj: Next, we continue to Počitelj, a charming village known for its Ottoman-era architecture. Wander through its narrow stairways and stone-roofed houses, and climb to the Kula fortress for breathtaking views of this medieval wonder.

Blagaj: Our journey then takes us to Blagaj, where you'll visit the serene Blagaj Tekke, a 16th-century Dervish Monastery situated by the source of the Buna River. Nestled among dramatic cliffs, this peaceful spot is perfect for reflection.

Kravice Waterfall: After Blagaj, we stop at the stunning Kravice Waterfall, a natural amphitheatre on the Trebižat River. This 25-metre high waterfall offers a tranquil setting for swimming and picnicking, surrounded by the untouched beauty of nature.

Mostar: Finally, we arrive in Mostar, the cultural heart of Herzegovina. Begin with a visit to the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial and Cemetery, a solemn reminder of the tragic events of the Bosnian war. Reflect and offer prayers for the souls of those who perished in the worst atrocity in Europe since World War II.

As we journey from Sarajevo through the scenic mountain regions of East Bosnia, gain insight into the events of the 1990s. Upon arrival in Srebrenica, explore the Potočari Memorial Complex, including the vast graveyard and powerful memorial exhibitions. Beyond its tragic history, Srebrenica also offers natural springs of healthy water, a National Park, and two nearby medieval towns, showcasing the town's rich yet scarred history.

Sarajevo: After this profound experience, return to Sarajevo for a final spiritual journey through its historic streets and sacred sites.
