Oslo: The Vibrant Capital We'll begin our Norwegian journey in Oslo, a city that seamlessly blends modern sophistication with rich history and natural beauty. Oslo is renowned for its impressive architecture, world-class museums, and vibrant cultural scene. 

Flam: The Scenic Gem Next, we'll head to Flam, a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the fjords. Flam is a nature lover's paradise, offering breathtaking landscapes and a peaceful ambiance. One of the main attractions is the Flam Railway, often considered one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. Our train ride takes us through lush valleys, past roaring waterfalls, and up steep mountains, offering stunning views at every turn. For a closer look at the fjords, we will embark on a boat tour through the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord, where you can witness the sheer cliffs and serene waters that define this region.

Bergen: The Gateway to the Fjords We'll Conclude our adventure in Bergen, a city known for its colorful wooden houses, bustling fish market, and rich maritime history. Bergen's charming old town, Bryggen, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a perfect place to explore narrow alleyways and historic buildings. We'll take the funicular to Mount Fløyen for panoramic views of the city and the surrounding fjords, or venture further to Mount Ulriken for a more challenging hike. Bergen is also a culinary hub, offering a variety of seafood delicacies and local specialties that will delight your taste buds.

Arrival
Welcome to the fabulous capital of Norway - Oslo! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in.

Experience a hidden side of Oslo and taste some of the best Norwegian street food dishes during the Oslo Street Food Tour!
You will be taken to the real alternative side of Oslo and experience underground culture like never before. What's more, you will also have the opportunity to get a taste of Oslo's culinary highlights. Our guide will take you to different locations where you will be able to taste a variety of Norwegian treats - from typical Norwegian cured delicacies, amazing waffles with brown cheese and special Oslo soda to Norwegian hot dog! NOTE!

Oslo Tour & Hike in Oslomarka Forest

After breakfast you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and go on a 7-hour guided hike of the marvelous Norwegian capital and its surroundings. 

You start from walking through the city center and seeing its main attractions: old town, Akershus Fortress, Royal Palace. Then you take the metro up to Frognerseteren neighbourhood that offers wonderful views over the city. From there you go on a hike in Oslomarka, called "forest of the North", to enjoy its untouched nature and magical landscapes.

Hiking is a much beloved national pastime for the vast majority of the population in Norway. To make your hiking experience truly-authentic, we offer you a typical Norwegian packed lunch consisted of Norwegian flat bread with Norwegian cheese, sausages with lompe bread and Norwegian chocolate. The hike ends at Songsvann Lake from where you take the metro back to the city centre

Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Oslo.

Description for connection

At the train station, you board a train for an unforgettable Oslo - Myrdal - Flam rail ride. This trip is a perfect chance to admire the mind-boggling nature and picture-postcard scenery of Norway. 

Arrival
Upon arrival you walk to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Viking Plank at Ægir Microbrewery
We invite you to visit a local Ægir Brewery & Pub to enjoy a traditional Ægir Viking plank. This is a special 5-course food tasting served with 5 different Ægir beers.

Viking Village Tour in Gudvangen

Have a Viking experience and exciting journey which will take you back over a thousand years in time to a real Viking Village! 

This is the only village in the world of its kind where people still live today, maintaining the daily lifestyle of Vikings. Learn about the Vikings, their life, community, travels, boats and how the Viking Age and its teachings have left a deep mark in history which still affects our lives today. 

Ferry ride to Gudvangen, bus shuttle back to Flam and a guided tour of the village included.

After breakfast, you check out from your hotel.

Extended Fjord Safari Tour
Enjoy a breathtakingly beautiful Fjord Safari while exploring Norway. Head towards Nærøyfjord, passing the scenic Aurlandsfjord, and marvel at picture-perfect landscapes and local fauna along the way. You might even spot seals, porpoises, and eagles! The Fjordsafari tours start and end in Flåm where we provide you with all the necessary gear for a safe and comfortable experience on the fjords. Tour equipment includes floatation suit, life vest, hat, gloves, and goggles. We recommend dressing according to the temperature/weather and avoiding open shoes.

In the afternoon, you continue your journey.

Bergen Food Tour
Discover with your guide the UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy on a walking tour. Tastings of various fish dishes, meat, desserts, and Norwegian craft beer are included and can compose a hearty lunch. 

Bergen Sightseeing & Fløyen Mount Hike

Following breakfast at your hotel, you meet your private guide in the hotel lobby and enjoy a 5-hour hike around the most interesting sights of Bergen and its surroundings. 

During the tour you take a walk at the famous Bryggen district, visit the Fish Market and experience a fantastic journey with Bergen Flöibanen Mountain Train. Bergen’s Floibanen funicular is one of Norway's best-known attractions. The journey up to Floyen located 320 meters (1,050 ft) above sea level takes only 5-8 minutes. It is an experience in itself, but when you appear at the top you will be amazed by the fantastic views over Bergen. 

After the ride you go hiking down the picturesque Mount Floyen to enjoy fantastic scenery once again. The rest of the day is free for you to do some independent sightseeing, dine in one of the local restaurants or just take a leisurely walk around the city.
