What you will Learn:
The classical movements of the Cadillac/Tower using the springs, roll-down bar, push-through bar, trapeze & fuzzies
The movements of the Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector & Ladder Barrel system of apparatus, movements, variations & fun!
• The complete Wunda Chair repertoire, from the foundational exercises such as Footwork to advanced exercises..
• Understand the many variations and modifications which will allow you to adapt the moves to suit the differing needs and goals of your clients.
• Enhance the essential teaching skills to improve your client’s movement quality and deliver a safe and effective Wunda Chair session in any environment.
• Understand the health & safety aspects of teaching on the Chair
