This training is NOT an initiation nor will it cover everything you need to know to facilitate; People often spend years learning in order to be ready. This is an intensive 5-Day training with experiential activities and workshops. Equivalent to 6 months of mentorship content, in 4 days. (6 hours per month x 6 months= 36 hours)

There will also be a Day ceremony (the 4th Day). The intention of this Facilitator Training is to better equip you with more tools, activities and information to add to your toolkit and to provide a safe environment for you to put into practice some of the skills and tools you already have.

We will begin at 14:30 on the 24th and end at 14:00 on the 28th. NOTE: it is not possible to arrive late nor leave early as this disrupts the group dynamic and the flow of programming. 

The latest arrival into Faro Airport to arrive on time would be 13:10. The earliest flight from Faro Airport on the 17th would be 17h.
