Join Morgan of daisyface flow, for a weekend of transition from Summer to Fall reconnecting with nature on Stratton Mountain in Vermont!
The seasonal shift is an important time to slow down, check in with yourself, and see what we can release as we move into the Fall season.
Just in time for leaf-peeping, we will spend 2 nights & 3 days at the highly accredited Yoga BnB one block from the mountain! Yoga BnB is a comfortably appointed 4,000 sq. ft. ski chalet walking distance from ski lifts & Gondola, 5 restaurants, a spa & seasonal entertainment.
There are four cheerful sleeping rooms which can accommodate all styles of traveler from dormitory to a king-bed with a sleep-in atmosphere. Their IN-HOUSE yoga studio has gleaming bamboo floors & 7 aerial silks for our guests to do gentle inversions.

7PM - Welcome dinner! Get to know your roomies, have a delicious vegetarian meal with a light dessert. Book your COMPLIMENTARY 1-hour massage for tomorrow!
8:30PM - A juicy restorative practice followed by a guided meditation after your travel day & a full tummy before bed.
10PM - bedtime, your time, phone time, free time.
Saturday, September 28th -
7-8:30AM - Free time, meditate in studio, go for a short walk, practice yoga on your own, play with inversions using the silk swings!
8:30-9:30AM - Delicious vegetarian breakfast
9:45-11:30AM - Yoga with Morgan & her daisyface flow style
12PM - 1PM - Lunch
1PM - 4:30PM - Free time for biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, SUP, and your one hour massage
4:30 - 6PM - Yoga
7-8PM - Another delicious dinner
8- ? - Free time or yoga studio "Play Time" or guided meditation to ground down before bed
Sunday, September 29th -

9:15 - 11AM - Yoga
11:30 - 12:30 - An incredible farewell brunch!
12:30PM - 1PM - Share circle in the garden to connect with the community we've created
1PM - Fall for You Retreat concludes, but you are welcome to stay in VT. We just ask that you pack up and remove the bags from the rooms but feel free to stay on premises/mountain for as long as you'd like before journey back home.
Dining Samples -
Breakfast - fresh fruit, homemade granola, loaded with freshly toasted nuts, bakery bread, toast and jams and cheeses. Steel cut oats, eggs, coffee, teas, hot cocoa
Lunch - homemade soup or bisque, fresh garden salad with a theme, sparkling water with lemon and ginger
Dinner - grilled fish, chimmi churri, roasted rosemary potatoes, grilled asparagus, homemade cranberry chutney, bakery bread, vegan styled chocolate mousse.
Green juices available as a mid-morning pick me up or a late afternoon smoothie to keep energy levels high!

No room has a private bathroom! A bathroom gets shared.
Price adjustments will be considered if double beds or the king bed is shared by related participants.
We are beyond excited to hold space for a weekend of clearing and cleansing of the hot summer months as we move into the cooler, more grounding time of Fall. I suggest bringing a journal to log your days and experiences as we move through this beautiful introspective work.
