We’ll start the day with a silent hike through the tranquil pine forest, embracing the peaceful solitude and awe-inspiring scenery. Afterward, we’ll gather for a yoga clinic on the grass, grounding ourselves in the present moment before connecting with the land.
In the afternoon, we’ll meet our majestic horses and embark on a guided ride through the aspen groves, where the vibrant hues of autumn create a breathtaking backdrop.
We’ll pause for a scenic picnic lunch, then return to the lodge for a time of reflection, meditation, and closing, allowing the serene energy of the day to settle into our hearts and minds.
Horses have a unique way of guiding us toward HEALing. They sense our fears, yet they also show us their unwavering stability and gentle nature. While horses can be a bit unpredictable at times, their calm presence and sure-footedness make them wonderful companions on the journey of self-discovery. Many of our participants come with apprehension or past experiences they wish to work through, and this retreat offers a powerful opportunity to explore and release those challenges.
The horses we will be riding are experienced trail horses, trained through countless hours on the trails. They are calm, affectionate, and steady, even if they occasionally stop to snack along the way. Our rides will be led by skilled cowboys and guides who know the horses intimately and are comfortable navigating the terrain, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

For our picnic lunch, we’re serving up a true mountain-style spread that will leave you feeling satisfied and fueled for the rest of the day. Picture a hearty, hand-crafted sandwich piled high with all the fixings, accompanied by a crunchy bag of chips, a crisp pickle, and a freshly baked cookie to round out the meal. Whether you prefer turkey, roast beef, or a veggie option, you’ll be able to choose your favorite sandwich upon booking. It’s a classic, rustic picnic designed to keep you energized and ready for the afternoon adventure ahead!
We'll provide a small trail breakfast for you when you arrive to ensure you don't get snacky or hungry along the way!
We'll take a short hike along a trail through the pines - immerse yourself in nature like never before, with only the sounds of your footsteps and the nature that surrounds you.
We'll be taking some time to really break down a few yoga postures. Take your practice deeper with this guided clinic.
Don't worry, most people handle this long of a ride just fine, and we'll stop in the middle for lunch, so you're not on the horse the whole time. Picnic lunch is included as well!
8:30 am: We'll meet at Beaver Creek Lodge located in Logan Canyon. We'll grab our trail breakfasts and head out on a silent hike through the pines, taking in the morning sounds and breeze.
10 am: We'll meet back at the lodge for a yoga clinic on the grass, where we'll dive deeper into selected Yoga poses.
11:30 am: Time to ride! We'll take a scenic horseback ride to the top of a beautiful mountain ridge, where we'll stop for a picnic lunch with stunning views!
2 pm: We'll meet back at the lodge for some final reflection, a short meditation and closing.
