Join us for a one day outdoor retreat in Ashfield, MA and experience the magic of Arrived Retreats.


A day of comfort, stillness + presence. A day to fall inward - remind yourself of who you are outside of the business of life. Reconnect with yourself, nature, and to others.


Take time to unplug, tune in and get clear with yourself. This is an opportunity to slow down with the Autumn season & retreat inwards. It’s amazing what one intentional day can do to recharge our minds and bodies and prepare us for the holiday season ahead. You’ll take home skills for sustaining vitality through the colder months ahead.


This retreat takes place in a gorgeous New England setting outdoors. Multiple fires will be burning all day to warm up by and luxurious glamping tents open to cozying up and resting.


We warmly welcome to the retreat all those who are 21+, who feel ready to take a pause in the busyness of life and come back to themselves.

About Arrived Retreats

Imagine committing to take time for yourself. Knowing that investing in your wellbeing will have a positive ripple effect in the lives of those around you. All the ducks (or as many ducks as possible) have been put in a row and you drive away from the usual demands on your time and energy. You’re driving up a dirt road, dust in your rearview mirror, all colors of nature flourish on both sides of the road. You park at your destination and are greeted by women who know it’s no small thing to do what you’re doing. Your comfortable environment, the deeply nourishing meals, and intentional offerings have been deliberately designed for your wellbeing. We are here for you. You breathe in a deep breath of fresh air, coming back into your body, ready to relax into an easy flow and open up to the possibilities of the day.

Food

All snacks, beverages and lunch are included. A focus on nourishing meals that are organic, locally-sourced and feature seasonal ingredients.  

If you have dietary restrictions please let us know in the notes section on checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

Our retreats are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests, hosts, and the venue share expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your spot to another person with whom you have coordinated. Reservations  must be received in writing via email (hello@arrivedretreats.com)

• In the event that we (your hosts) cancel a retreat, the net total of money paid for the retreat package will be refunded to each participant.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please know that our cancellation policy is designed to mitigate costs incurred to retreat hosts and the venue in order to maintain the retreat experience and affordability for other retreat guests. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

Covid Policy

Please take an at home test the evening before the retreat. Stay home if you are sick (even if the test result is negative!). Masks are optional.

This was such a lucious day- every detail was considered and our experience held so that we could fully relax into the flow. The schedule was just right- space for pauses and reflection and a perfect variety of workshops and experiences to try. I wish we could do it every weekend!!! I had no idea that just a one day retreat would allow me to reset, reflect, and rejuvenate myself, but I was very impressed how much it helped me do all this! Thank you Ashley and Isabelle for guiding us through a relaxing, educational, and wonderful day. Also thank you to all the other facilitators/teachers/practitioners. It was a well balanced day.

We had such a magical lil glamping adventure. I love camping & I gotta say that "glamping" takes it to a whole nother level. The accomodations were fabulous, the activities were great & the food was fantastic! I slept & felt the best I had in weeks! Thank you for the incredible experience! :)

This retreat was the perfect medicine for my body and mind! It was a balance of activities, quiet solo time, and creative projects. The leaders prepared the most delicious and nutritious foods. Such a pleasure to be cooked for! The yoga, meditation and sound bathing were incredible, very skilled and intuitive women. Can't wait for the next retreat and I'm going to tell all my friends about it.
